Bartolomeo Townhouse

A modern & stylish 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 story townhouse right in the centre of town! Situated in a prime location, behind the town tennis courts & only a short 2 minute walk to the Pt Lincoln Hotel, the water & the front street that has plenty of shops, pubs & eateries to enjoy. The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. The lounge & the main bedrm both have Smart TV's that do have free to air channels as well.

Situated in a desirable location in Port Lincoln, this lower level, 2 bedroom apartment with fully functional kitchen, is a fabulous place to base your stay. The apartment offers stylish, comfortable living with 2 separate bedrooms, 2 way bathroom (separate toilet) and open space kitchen and living area. Bedroom 1 contains a queen bed and bedroom 2 contains a double bed bunk on the bottom with single bed on top. Laundry with washing machine and clothes horse. Easy check in with key safe.

Fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment with an amazing waterfront view overlooking beautiful Boston Bay, Port Lincoln Jetty, and Wharf. The Apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Bedroom 1 has a QB,and bedroom 2 has two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen, 55 inch Smart TV, washing machine and dryer. Relax in the summertime in and around the shared inground swimming pool, while soaking in the view. Enjoy a short walk (0.8km) to the City Centre, Restaurants, Cafes, Shops, Nature Playground, and Parks.

With uninterrupted views of the bay it offers beautiful views from the main bedroom and living/dining room. Simply walk across to the beach or around the coast on the trail. It is fully self contained and quiet situated only minutes from CBD. Quality mattresses for a great nights rest. We take pride in providing a clean comfortable place for guests.
