The response time was quick from the Host (Alan). Everything was perfect as shown and described. It was really a cute and small property free from disturbance, pollution and mesmerizing views during the sunset. I loved how patiently they built this house. Host proactive approach and smile just made my day. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and colleagues if they're planning to visit Cochin. You may also visit the Nearby Backwaters and fish farming ponds for sightseeing and boat ride. But the thing which I didn't like was the market for groceries is quite far, so you need to walk atleast 1-2 kms to get there. But keeping that aside I would recommend you just simply grab it. Jestin was a wonderful host, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The house was cozy and well-equipped, and the neighborhood was perfect for exploring the city. The garden is a serene oasis, perfect for morning coffee. Kudos to our host for maintaining it so beautifully. Jestin family's warm hospitality made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for the memorable stay and it is definitely a 100% recommended!

Eldho’s villa was was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was peaceful, and Eldho was a friendly and helpful host. Would definitely recommend!

This home is right on the road to Munnar at Anachal. Amal is a great host, and his parents are warm and very helpful in taking care of guests. They made us felt right at home. Home is covered within beautiful surroundings and yet everything is at walkable distance. We booked this home for availability of kitchen facility and it is fully functional. Daytime you might feel some noise of vehicles, but night is calm and peaceful. We had wonderful stay and considering coming here everytime we visit here.

The property is impeccable with beautiful and calming view right from your window every morning. The sort of off-roading towards the property makes your stay even better. Our caretaker Laiju was very kind and accommodated everything we wanted. The host Milen was super helpful right from the day we booked this property, he was always available for any query of ours and gave us right guidance on the directions before we got to the property. The place is pet friendly as-well and my dog enjoyed the environment as much as we could. Overall the place is a steal deal.

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing. We had such a great stay with friends at this beautiful place! The place was super clean, peaceful, and surrounded by so much greenery, it really felt like a little escape into nature. Perfect spot to relax and unwind. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made everything even better. Even though we didn’t speak the same language, they went out of their way to help us when we lost a wallet. we were blown away for their support. Truly grateful for their help. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with amazing people.

Обязательно купите и попробуйте местную мужскую одежду. Это свободная юбка. В ней очень удобно ходить и дома и на улице. Купил себе несколько таких юбок. Буду носить дома. До пляжа на скутере можно добраться за 15 минут. Пляжи здесь восхитительные: чистые и пустынные. Однако приготовьтесь к тому, что местные жители практически не купаются. Если купаются, то в одежде. Вас не осудят, но будут обсуждать. )))) Вилла комфортная для проживания четырех человек. Мы жили вдвоем. Все отлично. Работает доставка еды. Еда свежая, вкусная и не дорогая. Огромное спасибо Babul и его управляющему Randjit. Вы окружили нас заботой и вниманием. Мы сразу почувствовали себя, как дома. Все наши просьбы удовлетворялись практически мгновенно. Это очень важно и ценно для нас. Мы обязательно вернемся. )))
