Maries Thasos Stone Villa

The village located at Mount Ipsárion. The nearby seaside village Skala Maries is about 10km away. The first floor of the house forms from the kitchen, the living room, the office, the front yard and the WC. The second floor has four bedrooms, the second WC, strorage room and a porch with great view. Στον πρώτο όροφο υπάρχει η κουζίνα, η τραπεζαρία, το σαλόνι με το τζάκι, το γραφείο, καθώς και η μπροστινή αυλή και η τουαλέτα. στον δεύτερο 4 υπνοδωμάτια το δεύτερο μπάνιο και μια αποθήκη.

Οι βίλες δύο υπνοδωματίων διαθέτουν έναν εξαιρετικά κομψό εσωτερικό χώρο 80 τ.μ. κι έναν ευρύχωρο εξωτερικό χώρο 110 τ.μ. με πισίνα υπερχείλισης και σαγηνευτική θέα στη θάλασσα και το βουνό. Ο πρώτος όροφος της βίλας μας περιλαμβάνει δύο ξεχωριστά υπνοδωμάτια με υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι και μπάνιο το κάθε ένα, κι ο δεύτερος όροφος περιλαμβάνει σαλόνι με καναπέ κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Η βίλα μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 4 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά.

Villa Porto is located next to the sea in Thassos Town close to the port. It offres astonishing view to the Aegean Sea and to romantic sunsets. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with two convertible sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a large veranda with an amazing view to the sea and with barbecue. Restaurants, cafeterias, supermarket and beach are just a step away. The nearest beach is only 150 meters far.

In stylish ambience and fully equipped the house won't let you miss any amenities from home and is so much more than just a holiday home. It truly is a place of the heart.
