Luxury Apartment with stunning Marina Views

Apartment 36 is a luxury Apartment with stunning unobstructed views overlooking the Marina and Harbour. The Apartment has a new designer kitchen with new appliances and is well equipped. There is Weber bbq on the balcony with gas supplied. There is unlimited WiFi, Sky TV , a 75" Sony Android Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Bathroom has a large walk in shower. Excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool.

Nestled in the Pauanui Lakes Resort you’ll find Villa 46 where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the tranquil space offered. Enjoy the resort facilities during your stay, including 2 swimming pools, gymnasium, tennis courts and an 18 hole international golf course. Note this is a bird sanctuary so unfortunately no pets are permitted on site. Just a quick 10 minute drive to the Pauanui village and beach where you will find local cafes, shops and a supermarket for any last minute essentials.

Situated in the prime position of the Whitianga Waterways Canal complex. This is apartment living at its very best in Whitianga's most upmarket location. A fantastic getaway, this place has it all. Relax on rear deck and watch some golf, listen to the birds and wildlife as you enjoy the area with the golf course at your door step. This spacious modern house, set in a tranquil settling away from the crazy hustle and bustle yet only 8 mins to Pauanui Beach for a swim and to the shops. A practice putting green on the back lawn. Enjoy a game at the internationally renowned golf course. There are 2 pools (summer), gym, table tennis, tennis courts.

Bliss Out on The Waterways

Bliss Out and relax in this calm, stylish space. Right on the Waterways. Two outdoor parking spots off road & in carpark in Sovereign Pier. One park will fit a boat. Boat ramp on site. Watch the activity on the waterways… boats coming and going, lots of sea birds etc. Gorgeous pool and spa as well as a gym and tennis court. Close to town and all amenities. Great kitchen , indoor and outdoor living areas. 2 bedrooms but can fit 2 extra children in second bedroom. (2 foam mattresses)
