It was a great stay! Chinedu was very communicative and it was close to the downtown area. One thing to be away of is that when you park outside of the hotel make sure to pay for a parking pass at a meter!

I've stayed here twice, this past time for four nights. It is a great walkable location to the stadiums and the convention center and there are good restaurants in the neighborhood. The place is nice and a good price, it is clean and has enough amenities for short stay. It has a great city view but just an FYI, that comes with being located above a noisy street especially on the weekends with lots of crazy and noisy drivers below. Bring your sound machine or use an app. The host is very responsive and helpful!

Good location. The app to get inside the building is a bit of a pain, but workable. Electronic lock to get into the unit was flawless. Avis was very good at responding to all questions. Apartment was clean and worked really for us. Parking was included, but required daily filling out of a form. There was some confusion if the parking permit was good for 24 or 72 hours, so we assumed 24.

Great place and was exactly as described. The kids loved the air hockey table and the backyard was a nice size. The neighborhood looked a little “transitional” and I was concerned at first. But once we drove around the neighborhood we felt it was perfectly fine and felt safe.

The home was beautiful and spacious good for families with toddlers age. Also really close to the beach and awesome pool.

Our stay during Mardi Gras was even better than I hoped! The spacious home is true to period and tastefully decorated. The rooms are bigger than appeared in the photos, and flow easily throughout the house. 7 of us with 2 bathrooms worked out just fine. Bathrooms and bedrooms are large with full size dressers and closets, game room is spacious even with multiple beds. The living room, dining room and kitchen have plenty of room and seating. Little extras made us feel as we were guests in someone's home - a coffee bar with matching mugs, k-cups, cream, sugar, etc; lovely plastic wine glasses (for outdoor), extra coffee makers, a large array of pots/pans/utensils. It was 40* in February, so we didn't use the pool or upstairs patio but they look lovely. Great location. Communication was great from start to finish - had an issue with the heat when we first arrived and it was taken care of right away! Highly responsive and accommodating hosts, we definitely plan to stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s place. The house was beautiful and absolutely perfect. The host was responsive if we needed anything at all. House was perfectly situated walking distance to beach for our family. We will definitely book here again!

This was our second time taking a long weekend at this rental. We love it and hope to come back again! The neighborhood is peaceful and lovely. We ride our bicycles down to the marina and have a bite at the restaurant, or watch the sunset by the fishing pier. It's a short walk to the Gulf beach, where we set up our beach chairs and enjoy the sun and surf. The home is super comfortable. I love sitting outside on the front porch with a cup of coffee in the morning. Everything is very clean, very well-maintained. Great place!

Great Place to take the Family Close walk to the beach ! Highly recommend

The location of this Airbnb is right off the rail line just a few houses down and very close to downtown Houston. The house is laid out very nicely. The open kitchen floor plan makes cooking meals fun and easy. The beds were very comfortable and the owner was quick to communicate with. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Houston!

Our stay at this beautiful property was quite enjoyable. The communication with the staff was excellent, and the property matched our expectations perfectly. We found several wonderful restaurants within a short 10-minute drive, including Nate’s West End and Watermans. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would rate it highly.

I stayed at the Good Vibes Condo for a solo vacation. I felt very safe the entire stay. The condo is beautiful, peaceful, and just what I needed. The location gives beautiful views, the pool is just a short walk thru the complex, and it’s really beautiful as well! The primary bedroom has a wonderful bed and morning views of the gulf! Coffee on the balcony was heaven, and I appreciated the bird netting! The balcony is clean and tidy! This unit is modern and has the perfect aesthetic! I will be staying here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 26th year anniversary staying in this clean, quiet and comfortable Condo. The View from the Balcony was phenomenal and having private access to the beach was a great plus. Mark and Mayvic were wonderful Host and were very communicative. As well the Front Desk at the Islander East was amazing and super helpful! We so enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again!

Directions to check in were confusing. Check in was 3:00 later changed to 5:00pm. Generic directions about amenity’s that did not apply to our rental maid it confusing to say the least. Condo rental office was not aware of us renting the unit add kept asking if we were guests of the owner. Before allowing us to obtain the fobs to gain entry. The unit was nice and the location was great. We had a great time just wish to see improvement in check in directions. For future guests.
