Located in the heart of Texarkana, so convenient to I-30 & both St Michael's Hospital & Wadley Regional Medical Center We have open concept kitchen to living room & king sized bedroom, both featuring Roku smart TV's for entertainment in your off hours. Both the kitchen & bathroom feature granite countertops, bathroom has tub/shower combo with attractive tile surround. Occupancy limit of 2 people. Ask about our other units.

It has access to local amenities and it’s just minutes away from the downtown and I-30. We love Texas and we also have a special place for Mexico in our hearts, so we both wanted to add some spice to the house and make it bright, yet very comfortable and relaxing. We offer lots of games, including the cornhole to our guests!

Near UAMS and Wadley Hospital. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment within blocks. It’s a cute, historic space with a bedroom upstairs and kitchen, den, and bathroom downstairs. Smart TV and fast WiFi. Maximum of two guests. We live next door and are just a phone call away if you need anything.

No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.

Nannie’s place

This luxury tiny home sits on land that has been in our family for over 140 years. My great grandmother (Nannie) lived on this land for many years. Her home is now gone, but it was always welcoming and many have precious memories of their time spent here. We hope our guests feel the same love and peace that we feel when we spend time at Nannie’s Place!
