Cozy, comfortable 3 bedroom bungalow located in the beautiful village of Teversham. Located off road down a driveway and is very quiet. Parking space available. Spacious lounge and a pretty garden. Opposite an award winning Indian restaurant/take away. Close to Park and Ride & Cambridge Ice rink, Addenbrookes and ARM (6 min drive). Half a mile to convenience store Nisa. Short 1.5 mile to Tesco. Everything is new to include Karndean flooring and carpets, open plan kitchen with Quartz worktops with Siemens appliances, built in fridge, breakfast bar, double glazed windows, solid oak doors, first floor sparkling shower room en-suite. Enclosed patio garden. Parking to the front on the road.

The property is located 3 miles from the city centre in a quiet neighbourhood with access to the property separate from the main house. Parking is available at the property. The A14 is 3 minutes away and the M11 is under 10 minutes. Having always been Cambridge residents, we are very knowledgeable about the local area and can provide lots of tips.

Cosy self contained annex

A newly built, small but practical, self contained annex adjoined to the side of the main house by the side and from the ceiling. It has it's own entrance for privacy and a key safe that allows guests to let themselves in. It's an ideal place for a short term stay and offers good value in a very expensive city. It has a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster, mini fridge and kettle. The annex also has a desk work space and a shower.

Clock Cottage is a handsome Grade 2 listed detached brick and flint cottage in a desirable and sought after convenient location. The spacious accommodation is set within the grounds of Home Farm House, an important farmhouse dating back to the 17th Century. The cottage extends over 1,200 square foot providing hall, sitting room, study, fitted kitchen/ dining room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, garden and a private south facing courtyard.
