If you are looking for a place next to river and nature this is your target! This cozy house built on 1970's suits really well for families (5 bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom and 2 toilets). The whole house is in your free use. The river is only 18 meters away from the house. We are not offering luxury apartment but instead something better. We offer cozy, spacious and relaxing oldfashion countryside house with excellent hiking, fishing, berry-picking and ice fishing possibilities.

This unique apartment locates in a peaceful neighbourhood by the Kemiriver in walkable (3 kilometers) distance from the city center and arctic circle (Santa's Village). It accomodates four adults (max) or a small family and offers a comfortable living and possibility for exploring the sights and activities of Lapland (DIY). House is located 3 km from the Rovaniemi city center. This house is suitable for couples, small groups and families with children. Tervetuloa viihtymään remontoituun sympaattiseen rintamamiestaloon Tornion puuluodossa, joka soveltuu isomallekin ryhmälle. Iso 4000m2 piha pihasaunoineen takaa viihtymisen. Talo on 50- luvulta, mutta hiljattain remontoitu. Lähellä monipuoliset liikkumismahdollisuudet. Liinavaatteet kuuluu hintaan! Nice old house from 1953. House is completely renovated. Santa's Hideaway

Santa's Hideaway is comfortable little house with beautiful and peacefull surrounding. It has kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, showerroom, sauna and toilet. During wintertime you can also go country-skiing, alight ski trail is pretty close. Apartment is located two kilometers from city centre, 11 kilometers from airport and Santa's willage. The closest grocery store is only 200 meters away.

Talo on siisti, vuonna 2017 sisältä täysin remontoitu. Luonnonkauniilla paikalla Tornionjoen rantatörmällä. Kesäisin loistavat mahdollisuudet lohenkalastukseen. Syksyisin metsästys- ja marjastusmahdollisuudet. Talvisin ja keväisin loistavat mahdollisuudet moottorikelkkailuun, reitti kulkee vierestä. Reilun 20 min ajomatkan päässä on Ritavalkean hiihtokeskus.

Studio Repo, perfect location 300m from the center

Cozy studio located 300m from the center. - Separate entrance - Well equipped small kitchen (including tea, coffee, spices..) - Bathroom - There is a big garden where Your children can play and try out mini skies and sleds, etc. Our family live in the same house but the studio is a separate apartment in the back of the house with a separate entrance.

Rauhallinen ja tunnelmallinen mökki hienolla paikalla Kemijoen varrella. Rentoudu takkatulen ääressä mahtavia joki- ja vaaramaisemia ihaillen. Kohteessa on sisäsaunan lisäksi erillinen rantasauna.
