Excellent stay. Unfortunately the sun didn’t shine so the umbrella got some good use, it was these little touches that made the stay great and easy. Hosts were amazing with communication and super kind.

Anthony’s place was great, clean, comfy bed, awesome shower and things like a variety of teas and snacks were very welcome!

Loved our stay. Such a nice appartment with a great feel. Perfect location walking distance to town. Will definitely stay again! Great communications from the host.

Place exactly as described. Close to transport links if you don’t have a car, easy bus journeys to a number of local beaches. Most beautiful garden at the house, great veranda to spend time enjoying the outside. I would defo stay again if I wanted to be at the southern end of the central coast. I didn’t try the local restaurants in East Gosford but they all looked busy on a weekend which is a good sign. Good local coffee shops too.

I had a great vacation with my friends. The accommodation was very quiet and comfortable. There was a pub within a very short walking distance where we could enjoy a casual beer. Also, although it wasn’t very close, there was a beautiful beach within a reasonable walking distance, making it a perfect place to enjoy our holiday.

This peaceful location was a great escape from our busy digital lives and a chance to get back in touch with nature. The unit is clean and comfortable with a nice arty vibe. My also partner enjoyed the generous size bathtub. Great value in a highly sought after area. And thanks, Yantra for the welcome pack, it was a lovely touch! Jayne & Paul

We loved our stay at this gorgeous unit in Avalon. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, bright with leafy views and right in the heart of Avalon Village. This really is a little gem, and we look forward to our next stay!

Perfect hub for a mid week getaway to nature and the coast. Loved its proximity to the National Parks, hiking paths and coast line. Drivable to favourite coast lines such as Avoca, Pretty Beach, Umina, Copacabana and Ettalong. Clean and safe space that allowed the relaxation of the day to sweep into the nights. Loved this space and its proximity to cafes and entertainment. Totally recommend.

What a lovely place! I couldn't recommend this stay more. It was such a relaxing weekend, and we will definitely be back. The hosts were incredibly friendly and quick to respond, the house was beautifully styled and cozy.

Beautiful place in a quiet and central location, with amazing sunsets! We loved the place, it was clean and comfortable, either everything you need for a nice stay. In a quiet suburb, right in front of the water, with a nice large balcony and large windows with great views. We had the most beautiful sunsets every day! Right in the Central Coast, close to all the best beaches. Will be staying again!

We had a great stay in Peter's 'shack'! It is bright, spacious and comfortable. Despite hot weather, it receives a lovely cool breeze, keeping the temperature down. Kitchen & bathroom were well stocked & it was peaceful and relaxing to sit out on the deck. Peter was responsive and accommodating and I would definitely stay again on future holidays.

We had a fantastic stay at this property - the space is very modern and full of natural light. The pool was refreshing and great after long days. my friends and I loved staying here and will definitely be back!!

My wife and I stayed 2 nights here. We had a wonderful time. Very peaceful and with beautiful surroundings. You can walk to the batch in 5-10 mins. You can even hear the surf from the house! Helga was an excellent host and the place was beautifully presented and had everything we needed. Thank you for our amazing stay!

A wonderful stay in a great big house with plenty of space and things to do. The host was very amenable and helpful and we had a wonderful time. Rooms were comfortable and the big loft space with lots of beds would suit a group with lots of older children, to have a big sleepover of sorts. Well fenced and set up for dogs too, with plenty of parks and dog friendly beaches nearby. Kitchen and cooking facilities had everything you need to actually cook, even for the larger groups that could fit in such a big house.

The location of the home was fantastic. Being able to look out to the lake made the visit feel very peaceful even though you’re only a few minutes walk away from lively cafes and shops. Not having to drive to the Avoca markets was an added bonus. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Ruth was a great host. Despite not have the best weather, we still found plenty to do in Avoca. If you’re looking for more entertainment Terrigal is less than a 10 minute drive away.
