Relax at this newly renovated sun filled apartment in the heart of the Città del Vino, Terricciola. On the first floor, it boasts its own private terrace with BBQ. All home comforts were carefully thought out during the renovation process. The bedroom has a matrimonial size bed with memory foam mattress & pillows. Gianni Benincasa, has 5 bedrooms, one of which is in the mezzanine and 3 bathrooms. Furnishings, all brand new, of great charm. Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes. The park with olive, cherry and apricot trees is approximately 7,000 m2.

The farmhouse is located about 35 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Tuscany and close to many places rich in history and culture. The estate has a total of 10 apartments, and a swimming pool with a large flower garden surrounded by beautiful olive trees available to its guests. Each apartment has its own outdoor space with private table, chairs and umbrella.
