I really enjoyed my stay at this house. Beautiful, cozy, and clean. We loved the bed so much!!! We instantly fell in love with the house. The host is very responsive, flexible, and helpful. overall deserves 5 stars!!

Host was very responsive and helpful with questions we had before our stay. We have a large F250 Super Duty and was concerned it might not fit in garage. So for anyone w/ that question, we fit! This location is perfect, easy walk to Broadway. Appreciate all the amenities provided. Love the decor and bed was very comfortable. Will definitely be suggesting this Airbnb to friends and family!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The location was super convenient—just 10 to 15 minutes from everything I wanted to do. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, which made my trip even more enjoyable. The space itself was clean and well-kept, and the hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had. The place is essentially an 1880's mansion that has been beautifully restored, in a very nice neighborhood. The landscaping his like artwork. There is a pool and hot tub on top of that. David and Ida were wonderful hosts. We would love to stay here again.

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

We stayed at this Airbnb house with family to attend and celebrate our son’s graduation from Belmont University. It was in walking distance to the University and some shops. It was a great location for an easy drive to restaurants. The house was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. All of the beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. We felt at home and fully accommodated. The only thing I would recommend for the owner to add are a couple of umbrellas to grab since it unfortunately rained for the majority of our visit. Our stay was great and I would highly recommend this house for a great stay in a beautifully decorated home

My friends and I had a fantastic experience at Bob’s place. The place was clean, in a great location, and wasn’t a far walk or uber to everything you’d need. Bob is also a great host - very responsive, flexible and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our party of 7. Beautifully designed home with plenty of room for everyone to get comfortable. Great location in a quiet neighborhood short drive to downtown Nashville. Joel and Victor were great hosts who care about your experience while visiting the city.

Anna was a great host. Provided helpful information. In a quiet neighborhood. Vintage charmer. There is lots of space and well decorated. High quality linens and bath towels. Would stay here again. Location affords easy access to all of Nashville while being away from all the crowds.
