We have amazing unobstructed views of downtown Chattanooga and surrounding mountains. We are 5 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 15 Minutes to the Chickamauga Battle Field, Racoon Mtn, Ruby Falls and other Chattanooga attractions. Bike trails, hiking trails, bouldering and running trails are out the front door and minutes away.

North Chatt Getaway

"Clean and close!" Downtown Access spot with a touch of nature. Just 4 minutes from downtown and to the Coolidge Park shops, yet nestled in front of private wooded lot of 2 acres. Enjoy a fire pit or sit back and enjoy the HD cable TV. You have your own kitchen to make wonderful meals or chill your wine. I live up top with no access to the unit. You are welcome to text or call me with questions about anything! I know good places to eat and things to do that aren't on the tourist radar.

Our 2nd story Studio is in a quiet residential neighborhood in Chattanooga’s “Southside". Access is from the back at 1390Adams St. It’s a short walk to Church on Main, Southside restaurants, tap rooms, bars, the Choo Choo entertainment district and the free shuttle to downtown and the Lookout Mountain Incline. There is covered, off-street parking (for one vehicle), a private entrance, outdoor patio with gas and charcoal grills and a wood fire pit. 2 people maximum, no exceptions.

Cozy Mountain Retreat w/ Spa

20 min. from downtown Chattanooga This cabin is surrounded by woodlands. Hiking trails, swimming holes and water falls abound here! End the day in the mountains gazing at the stars from the spa, or gathered around the fire roasting marshmallows. This adorable cabin sleeps 6 comfortably and provides a full kitchen, sleeping quarters separated by barn doors for the kids, and a private back yard with patio and grill for your enjoyment. No smoking or vaping NO KIDS ALLOWED IN HOT TUB

Base of Lookout Mtn/Incline - 7 Min. to Downtown

Located in the heart of charming, historic St. Elmo, this spacious one bedroom apartment is nestled at the base of Lookout Mountain. A very short stroll will take you to the world famous Incline, wonderful restaurants, a coffee shop, a tap house and more. Short distances to downtown, the Aquarium, Rock City, Ruby Falls and the 13 mile Tennessee Riverpark. Just 1/2 mile from the first natural urban bouldering park in the southeast (please request a guide if staying for bouldering).

Northshore Home, Next to Park, Hiking/Biking

This home is 1-2 miles from downtown, aquarium, and central Chattanooga activities. It sits less than a block from the entrance to a large park with dog park, playground, trails and connector to Stringers Ridge hike/bike trail. The neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. The house has hardwood floors, charm, and a bright and comfortable living space. We live nearby and are available as needed. Washer/dryer are available in the basement on request. Pet policy below.

This unit is part of the River Gorge Condos. The condos are right on the Tennessee River. You will get to enjoy the views of the Tennessee River Gorge and the surrounding mountains! This is a perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway! Our location is minutes from great trails and other activities if you love the outdoors. We are also only 10 minutes from Downtown Chattanooga. There are many great restaurants, the TN aquarium, and other tourists attractions.

Cloudland Cottage

This cozy getaway blends into Lookout Mountain and emphasizes the beauty of the land inside and out. Every room draws natural light and calm. Convenient drive to all of Chattanooga's natural wonders, a short distance from charming Lookout Mountain town life and St. Elmo neighborhood. Our good friend Sarah and her pup Timber live in a separate apartment downstairs, and tend the garden during the season.
