"Oak Meadows" - Alresford, Essex

Our traditional timber cabin is nestled within the charming countryside of North-East Essex. This rural retreat for two promises a perfect blend of comfort and convenience making it ideal for a relaxing break. The cabin stands alone in our garden with lake and rural views. From the cabin, scenic walks and cycling paths with vast open skies beckon. Nature enthusiasts and dog walkers will be thrilled by the birds and wildlife in our area and the stunning views around the local lakes.

Our lodges are fully insulated. Have double glazing. Central heating. Perfect for all year round. Both lodges sleep upto 6 guests. They are well equipped with en-suite. television. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. 2 wells behaved dogs max.

Log Cabin getaway with hot tub and fire pit! Come and stay in a countryside log cabin, with your own private hot tub and fire pit. Inside is heated by a cosy log burner for an authentic feel too. Perfect location for countryside walks, but also close enough to walk into the local town. Not suitable for children as the park has older permanent residents. We do ask for residents to supervise their pets as we’ve had some barking issues. 😊

There is lots to do on site including fishing, eating, shopping, golf, showground events, boot fairs during summer, more details available on their web site. WiFi, sky TV. The site is located on the Suffolk Tourist Route, with lots to do locally.
