This Guest Unit is separated and independent from main house in the back with a private entrance to the unit through the deck area for your privacy. It is a quiet residential area with total privacy. Comfortable and close by to plenty of attractions nearby, about a 15-20 min walk distance to Huntington Art Gallery, Caltech, Pasadena City College, Coffee bars, Grocery Stores and Restaurants within the area on the East side of Old Town Pasadena. Small one bedroom have all you need for a 2 or plus one . You couldn't find better location than this, quite street in a convenient and nice neighborhood. In the heart of city Alhambra ,walking distant to main street Edward Theater, Starbucks , restaurants, Ross, Sprouts market . The place is small but we renovated with all update features. The sofa bed also a twin bed in living room ,full bed ,1 AC in living room, supply the whole place and bedroom. parking $5 / night pay city 24hr machine.
