My stay was excellent. The place was neat and very clean. No issues with water and electricity. The host (Ms. Gifty) was incredible. Such a nice lady. Very quick to respond. I will recommend her place to everyone including myself. The security guys were very awesome. The whole community is worth the $.

I felt safe and comfortable while staying in Sebastian Residence. Very clean house and beautiful neighborhood. Sebastian was great in responding to messages. I will definitely booked again whenever I visit Ghana. If you are traveling to Ghana and looking for a safe, clean and a beautiful place to stay, I will definitely recommend Sebastian Residence. Philip (The caretaker) was an amazing very good at his job.

I have been using airbn'b units for almost 7yrs now but this place surpass all the previous stays. Kwabena is a great host and he offers excellent service. Having a generator onsite and someone who is on stand-by to operate it anything there is no power. All the apliances works very well....with the little kids, we were able to do laundry every other day with no problem. The ac units kept the house cool 24/7. We felt safe throughout the stay. Did i mention they had someone who came in every now and then to clean the compound and change linen.. that was a PLUSSSS. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be back soon.

This was my third time staying at Dzadu Home and I enjoyed it very much. In fact, I enjoy it more every time I come back. This place is ideal for big groups, especially for study abroad and other long stays. The house is clean and has all the amenities you need.Francis, Forgive, Christiana, and Kobla are the best hosts anyone could ask for. They go above and beyond the call of duty. For example, there is always a variety of food for breakfast, something for everyone’s palette. There is plenty to do as the neighborhood is walkable. You’ll find restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc.

I had a very good time here . It was peaceful and everything was just top graded . I will live to come here again when next I visit .

Such an amazing and private home to stay. Back up power available in case of lights out. Water always available. I love the level of security there and would recommend her place to everyone. I look forward to be back there again. 🫶🏾 Felt like Home!

My friends and I spent about seven days here, and I must say it was absolutely worth it—it truly felt like home. I loved the rooms, each with its own unique design. The kitchen was excellent, fully equipped with everything you’d need. We even went to the market and prepared homemade meals. The living room, balcony, and laundry area were all great, providing a comfortable and convenient stay. The space deserves a 10/10, and there were plenty of extra clean towels available. The host’s hospitality was outstanding—definitely a 10/10. She checked in on us most mornings to ensure we were comfortable and was always highly responsive. I would absolutely recommend this place and would love to stay here again whenever I visit Ghana.

Peter (the host), Mrs. Theodora (the owner) and Noah (the cleaner) were all very friendly and helpful to me throughout my stay at their property. They also expressed general concern about anything that inconvenienced me, such as occasional city electricity and water outages, even though their property is fitted with a generator, and a big water tank and its associated water pump - which conveniently get clients through the times of those utilities outages. Another important thing about this property is that the rent being charged, the internal and external space, amenities provided and the good location of the property are all good deals for its residents. Peter and Mrs. Theodora also provided some useful connections that contributed to the overall success of the objectives of my mission in the Greater Accra Region. In light of all of the above, I really enjoyed my stay at this property and will highly recommend it to anyone seeking my opinion about it.

It’s a pretty good place to stay. Very comfortable beds. There’s plenty of good food spots around and the Vienna city which is pretty close by has karooke and bingo on Fridays and Saturdays.

The place was just as described but better. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve your family. Wifi was fast and the A/C was cold and functional in all areas. Any minor issue was resolved quickly and we definitely stay here again when we come to Tema.

will definitely use the place again if ever I am back in Tema and its available for rent

C'est un logement qui est très efficace dans son ensemble. Agréable, sympathique, chaleureux, on se sent comme chez soi. La touche de modernité et les installations internes sont très bien pensé. C'est encore mieux que sur les photos. J'ai été agréablement surprise. C'est près de tout et dans un quartier calme et très accessible. Cet appartement regorge de beauté et de charme et l'hôte n'étant pas sur place reste très attentif et très réactif. J'aime beaucoup mon intimité et ma tranquillité et ici on est clairement pas dérangé. Je suis venue de Le Mans, pour un premier séjour ici, et je peux dire que j'ai vraiment adorée et cela m'a donné confiance. J'ai eu droit à des petits déjeuners fait par la Cheffe Gertrude et c'était vraiment délicieux. J'ai profité de Netflix pour regarder quelques films Ghanéen et j'ai adoré l'immersion. Alors c'est avec plaisir que je recommande à la communauté de "Air Bnb" l'appartement de Edmund pour votre séjour au Ghana. Personnellement, j'y reviendrais. Merci beaucoup Edmund pour ton hospitalité.
