Conveniently located 0.8 miles from JC Medical Center, 3 miles from ETSU, and 5 miles from a variety of restaurants.

Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Tennessee Treetops

Very light and airy space. Second story apartment that sits on a three acre property minutes from historic Jonesborough. Self check in. . You will find towels; extra sheets; cleaning supplies, fully stocked kitchen. Please be aware that we have dogs that bark. Pets are allowed limit one dog or cat. . NO SMOKING Available for long term rental as well. $50 PET FEE PER PET, ESA and Service animals welcome for same fee. Please purchase travel insurance as these reservations are non refundable.

The Eggplant Cottage is a quaint gem located in historic downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee - the oldest town in the state. Upstairs, studio-style loft located minutes from historic downtown Jonesborough. Roughly 500 sq ft, this cozy space offers all the luxuries of home with a full kitchen, full bath, and private entrance with keypad. Centrally located, you can be anywhere from Asheville, NC to the beautiful Smokey Mountains in a little over an hour. We've created this space as a getaway for couples so we ask that children and pets are left at home. No handicap access as this is an above the garage loft.

Cozy and quaint 1 BR near ETSU and Medical Center

This brand-new redesigned and decorated apartment is perfect for a single traveler or couple, with or without kids. It is centrally located downtown in Johnson City's beloved Tree Streets, and is just convenient to everything. The space is in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is both safe and convenient. The apartment is downstairs in a duplex — please take note that this space is for quiet travelers. There are people upstairs and quiet hours are always respected.

Quiet cottage in town

Guest cottage on a large, quiet lot in town. Convenient to ETSU, Mountain Home VA, Johnson City Medical Center, and just minutes from downtown Johnson City or Historic Jonesborough. This is a stand-alone tiny house that shares a driveway with my home. The cottage has a full bath with laundry, kitchen, a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. Ample off street parking for bigger vehicles or those pulling a trailer.

Chestnut Ridge Retreat

Guest love the peace and the views here at our retreat. Enjoy a morning or evening in the hot tub, sun on the pool deck and swim in warm weather. Build a fire and relax in the pavilion by the fireplace or sit around the fire pit. Guests comment that they sleep so well in the room. Walk to property to see the chickens, horse and donkey. Just a great place to just relax!
