4 seasons fun! Family retreat with themed rooms

The place is terrific. Petronella and Jorja were on top of everything. There were a few items to ask about but nothing that reflected negligence or unprofessionalism. They were great. But enough about them. This place was cute, quaint, and charming. The best touch was the humor. From the idea of creating a “Four Seasons” theme to the single note on a mystery light switch that said “we don’t know either”. After that discovery, my sister and our spouses relaxed knowing we were in good hands. Simply wonderful. And after the wedding was over, we lamented the loss of having to leave the place too soon. :0) Thanks again

Vacation Retreat In Yuma Foothills on the Wash!

We had a great stay, location was touched away and private but still close enough to everything to make things more convenient. The area surrounding the back patio is really pretty, made for very relaxing evenings.

Bright 4 bedroom home in the heart of town.

Pros: Close to skate park we had a tournament at, the place had plenty a clean comfortable beds and TVs in most rooms. Cons: Are the roaches (all dead thankfully) although they are in the instructions we might see one (we saw 3) always icky to kids and no dish soap to do dishes so we had to leave in kitchen sink. Thanks we had a great stay!

The home with it all: Amenities, Charm and Comfort

Beautiful cozy home with an amazing backyard. Home had literally everything you can think of and more. Lots of cozy twinkling lights on timers, beautiful decor, and homey feel. Kitchen has everything, beds are comfortable. We couldn’t have been more happy. My son lives nearby and we will definitely stay again.

Very responsive hosts, clean and accommodating. Cute neighborhood, private and close to historic downtown and bars and restaurants. Spacious. Courteous neighbors, but quiet community that expects the same which was no problem for us. Great parking, covered and street. Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

This is the perfect place for a relaxing peace and quiet stay. Tiny house has everything needed - like being a home. The patio is an absolute charmer, spent my time here rather than inside in the living room. Keith is very proactive in communicating all the info that is needed (check-in info, checking to make sure everything was OK, checking out info). I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Yuma. Thanks Keith!!

Private 3bd/2b Home Heated Pool and large Yard

Beautiful home, well kept with little unique vintage peices of furnitue and decor, my favorite was the Mancala side table(gorge!) All the amenities you would need in a home away from home. My husband and I nabbed the mater suite...shower water pressure AMAZIN G! Awesome pool for the Arizona heat, plenty of room, 5 adults in the house everyone had their own space. Jen and Vlad are amazing hosts, very responsive and flexible. We were given clear instructions on how to get in the very private home (it has a locked gate entrance, so secure!). They're was even clear closing the home instructions. Every text sent was replied to in a timely manner, great hosts. We haf a wonderful experience with them. Thank you helping make our stay fantastic

We were down there to check on family her house was less than a mile away. Clean neighborhood friendly people can walk around with no issues would rent again if needed in Yuma.
