This airbnb was perfect for our needs! We spent the weekend at the Kern County soccer fields for a tournament. The Airbnb was just a mile away in a very quiet neighborhood. The place was comfortable and immaculate! We enjoyed a meal at the country club and stopped at the Starbucks on our way to the field. We would stay here again if we’re back in the area!

This is our 4th time staying at Chavonne’s place. It’s perfect for our group! We are very grateful for her wonderful hospitality! Can’t wait for next year!

Beautiful and unique glamping experience! One of most unique airbnbs I’ve been to— a perfect serene getaway with all the luxuries of modern comfort. Beautiful green scenery and an impeccably decorated tent. We especially appreciated the space heater that kept us warm even when it was raining. All amenities from the compost toilet to the very comfy bed were lovely and although there was no WiFi there was so much to do. The hosts were very attentive and gave lots of suggestions on things to do in the area and even came to say hi. Highly recommend for a getaway or nature experience :)

This place was excellent! A rail fan’s dream! Right around the bend from The Loop! From the window is a close up, clear view of all EB and WB trains making their way through the Tehachapi Range. The place was cozy, and was the perfect base for chasing trains in the area. My son and I had a blast. Train viewing spots from Caliente, the several tunnels and the loop are all within 20 mins of the property. Kirk was very friendly and accommodating. We can’t wait to return!

Do not hesitate to stay here. One of the best Airbnbs of all time. The BEST hosts. Kind and make you feel right at home. We loved getting to know them. They have a beautiful property with tons of incredible animals that you can feed and hang out with. The trailer is private and super cozy. We loved sitting on the patio at night by the fire and looking at the stars. A perfect weekend away.

The Flat and The Loft are two amazing spots to stay. We love that they are close to town and walkable parks, restaurants and surrounding areas. The design and layout of the houses are well thought out and makes you feel right at home. It’s equipped with everything you need and more. The hosts are responsive and friendly during the whole duration of the stay.

We were so happy with our stay here! The location was absolutely gorgeous. We woke up to the most beautiful sunrises every morning. The hot tub was perfect on snowy afternoons. Our dog loved hiking around the wilderness with us and observing the local deer from a distance. This is one of the best Airbnb stays we've had.

Nice, quiet location with a lot of space to accommodate our group of 10. Easy to find parking and check in/check out instructions were easy.

BEAUTIFUL home in quiet neighborhood.Close to fwy & many businesses.The area to get to it is not the nicest looking but the closer you get to it ,the better it is. The house is also close to the "bluffs" which is a nice cliff overlooking the surrounding city. The cooling/heating system works wonderfully and fast !!The system is a little loud,can feel a subtle vibration when laying in the main bedroom bed.Beds feel like pillowtop, not too firm and not super soft soft, supportive. The rooms do have dark curtains but they are not blackout ones. It was clean for most part, only small things were noticeable but nothing that would bother me or affect how I feel about staying here again in the future.The coffee machine might be a regular one, not for pods. I didnt use it but my son said there was bagged grounds.The front door does get stuck. It is heavy wood and needs 2 keys to get in.I stayed for 3 days and would def stay here again because it was really comfortable & convenient.
