Our brand new apartment consists of a dining room with a kitchen with a sofa bed, it can be transformed to a bed 162x186 cm, 1 bedroom with a bed 160x200cm, 1 spacious bathroom with a marble shower tray. The apartment equipped with a washing machine and a dishwasher. In the building there is an elevator. It is newly renovated, situated in the heart of Malaga, right next to Plaza de la Merced, the birthplace of Picasso, and food market Mercado De la Merced, just in a 15 min walk from the beach.
