Shops, cafes & restaurants are only a five-minute walk away, but the private road feels peaceful and secluded. Join Fife coastal path from the end of the drive. Scotscraig (open qualifier) is in Tayport. St Andrew’s is just 20 min away.

Broughty Ferry esplanade is a lovely walk. Along the beachfront you will find a Broughty castle to explore as well as several parks/green spaces and a nature reserve. Water sports are popular too with lessons available. There are plenty of spots to watch the dolphins and a boat trip if you’d like to get closer.
