Close to a wide offer of small villages, sandy beaches, golf courses, and restaurants, it is only a 3-4 min drive away from Tavira's town center with its Roman bridge, river, and fish/farmers' market. 2 min drive to the closest supermarkets.

Our spacious non-overlooked private terrace with built in BBQ commands stunning uninterrupted views by day and amazing sunsets by night superbly positioned by the waters edge of the Ria Formosa. For your comfort there are Air-Conditioning units in the bedroom with 'King Size' bed and lounge for cooling in the summer and heating for the winter evenings.

Located in the city center, near the old market and in front of the River Gilão, this house is located in a riverside area that has been recently requalified that allows good walks along the river. Close to the house you can enjoy all the services and commerce necessary for a comfortable stay without the need to move by car. From restaurants, public services, transport and especially the boat to the beach (Tavira Island) whose embarkation pier is just a few meters away.

The apartment has a magnificent view of the "Ria Formosa" lagoon and it is located on the front line close to all kinds of commercial services, equipped with everything you need to make you feel at home. You just have to cross the street to get to the boarding pier for one of the best beaches in the Algarve.
