The apartment is located in the charming Veeriku area, a blend of 90s family houses and modern apartments. It’s conveniently close to a main road leading to Tallinn, and just 500 meters away is Lõunakeskus, the largest shopping center in South Estonia. NB! Every new booking in a month of August gets my home made gelato! This spacious (125 m2) penthouse 4-bedroom apartment with a sauna, hot tub, large terrace (18 m2) is something I am sure you will enjoy! Located in Tartu only 5 minutes walk from the centre, everything is in walkable distance. I provide my guests with a private parking spot, fast wifi, 55" Smart TV with Telia cable with HBO and Netflix with subscription, full kitchen with an espresso machine and all the cooking essentials.

Bright apartment in the city center, within walking distance to the Town Hall Square. It has large balcony with a couch where to enjoy sunshine with a cup of coffee or tea. Bus station is 7 minutes and railway station 12 minutes of walking, free parking (with permit) in front of the house. Nearest shopping mall is 5 minutes on foot. Apartment has all comforts, including washing machine, bath, dishwasher, air conditioner, coffee machine and WIFI.

My cozy, romantic apartment is located at the heart of Tartu, in the shore of river Emajõgi. All of the city sights, bars/cafes and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The energy saving house and was built in 2020. You have 60 m2 apartment in 2 foors with sauna and balcony. Kitchen and bedroom 1st floor and sauna with romantic relax room in the 2st floor . Apartment is in the 1st floor of the building.
