At 10 mts from the beach, on the pedestrian seafront, “Mowita” flat has a stunning view on the sea. A little corner of paradise close to everything and at few steps from the sea... just relax and have the song of waves for lullaby! Free parking spots at 1 min walking, train station at 5 min walk (direct shuttle to the cruise ships) and the port at 10 min walk. Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The apartment, carefully furnished, is characterized by: a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven and a dining table; a sitting area with a double sofa bed; a sleeping area with a double bed and the bathroom with a shower. The house is immersed in the green and surrounded by a cherry tree. In addition, a little patio, in front of the flat, is available with a table to have a breakfast.
