This historical farmhouse was built in 1918 & completely renovated. Lovely front porch with swing, open floor plan with a modern kitchen, formal dining, 2 large bathrooms with shower & tub, 1st FLOOR. Butlers pantry/ laundry room. The outdoor area has a huge deck, with plenty of seating, lounge swing, gas fire pit, outdoor kitchen, gas grill & 65" Roku TV.

Less than 30 minutes to TPA Airport, 13 miles to Clearwater Beach, 2.2 Miles to Honeymoon Island, 1.0 miles to US-19 to easily get to surrounding areas, and 3.5 miles to downtown Dunedin. The north-facing house sits on a one-way brick street and is an easy walk to everything in this quaint, Greek-flavored town. We are close to some of the best beaches in the U.S. We're pet friendly but do have restrictions and a fee that is determined by several factors. Please inquire.
