The studio space has a well-equipped kitchenette, bathroom, washing machine, TV, unlimited WiFi and air-con. There's a made queen size bed (and if needed a spare mattress with linen supplied for guests to make)

Leave your car parked and walk to South Bank Parklands , GOMA, QPAC, Star Casino and experience the wonderful restaurants of South Brisbane and West End. A 15 walk to Suncorp stadium!

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

Our suburb is ideal for hiking and bike rides and is 5 km from the CBD. Buses are available close by.

An ideal space for a couple or single person with an extra bed in the lounge room area, which has a trundle suitable for a child. This property is suitable for home quarantine as there are no shared areas and a separate entry from the street.
