Situada en pleno corazón de Bolonia, cerca de todo (playa, restaurantes, supermercado..) ideal para no usar coche en sus vacaciones. Dispone de 2 habitaciones, una de ellas abierta al resto de la casa, guardando la intimidad con cortinas de sala. Ambas con cama de matrimonio y armario. Baño, salón-cocina y precioso patio privado de 20m cerrado, protegido del viento, donde poder disfrutar de maravillosas veladas de verano.

Desde la terrraza se contemplan vistas sobre el casco antiguo de Tarifa y en días claros se ven las montañas de Marruecos. NO se permite fiestas ni eventos (se tiene detectores de ruido monitorizado por proveedor de seguridad externo).

Casa antigua reformada dentro de un patio del Siglo XVIII. La vivienda tiene tres plantas con una terraza que domina todo el Casco Antiguo y el Estrecho. Tiene capacidad para dos adultos y dos niños ( 10-15 años) y la posibilidad de alquilarla con otra vivienda (para dos personas) situada en el mismo patio. El acceso a la vivienda es a través de un patio de uso común con el otro apartamento y con nosotros que vivimos en el mismo patio.
