Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

The Roost - Cozy Cottage on Organic Farm

Cozy self-catering cottage on an Organic Farm in the unique Burren landscape in Co. Clare. Spacious gardens and mature orchard with fire pit, barbeque and sauna (extra cost) with plunge pool. There is one dog living here. See how eggs, honey, fruit and vegetables are being produced. 2km from Kilmacduagh Abbey, 10km to the seaside village of Kinvara Fantastic location for walks and road trips along the Wild Atlantic Way. The barn is newly renovated fully equipped kitchen and fiber internet .

The Hayloft at Swainstown Farm

Unwind and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. A 300-year-old Georgian hayloft that has been lovingly converted into a cosy, modern space. Set in the heart of a regenerative family run farm. Enjoy fresh farm eggs for breakfast or a delicious coffee from our rustic farm shop "The Piggery" open on weekends throughout Summer. Located near the sleepy village of Kilmessan, 1.5km from Station House Hotel, 6km’s from the ancient Hill of Tara, a 45-minute drive from Dublin.

Converted stone barn adjacent to farmhouse in lovely countryside close to Strangford Lough, yet only 30 minutes drive from Belfast. Self-catering, open plan accommodation. On the ground floor, a sitting/dining area and kitchen. On the upper floor a sleeping area with double bed , and shower room. There is also a sofa bed on the ground floor. Our 13 acre smallholding is a wildlife friendly oasis and guests are welcome to relax in the large garden or walk around the woodland and meadows.

The Old Stable is newly renovated to provide the best of self catering B&B accommodation for 4 people. It is located on the outskirts of Grange Con village in the rolling hills of West Wicklow. It's set in a beautifully tranquil spot with it's own private garden and parking area. Moore's Traditional Village Pub is 5 minutes walk down into the village. Excellent for stargazing as zero light pollution and for relaxation as zero traffic noise! Surrounded by stud farms and agricultural land.

The Stables or The Paddock at Higginstown House

One of two self catering barn conversions 3.5km from Slane Village. When you arrive you will be allocated The Stables or The Paddock. Both accommodation units are the same and located side by side. No 3rd party bookings and our accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

The lodge B&B is an old stone stable that has been part of the Dunsandle estate for over 200 years. Restored and designed as a couples retreat, cosy, bright and the perfect space to relax and to slow down Breakfast box drop off in the morning Surrounded by stone walls, green fields, and animals close to the woods. About 25 minutes from Galway city, with easy access to Connemara, Burren, Cliffs of Moher close to the M6 . We are a short drive from Lignum (restaurant).

You are very welcome in “The Mews”, a charming converted barn located on the grounds of the 18th Century restored Fomerla House, also called Castleview Cottage. The Mews, a traditional barn with the convenience of modern life, is ideally located in a tranquil setting, convenient for exploring the sights of County Clare. It is 25 minutes from Shannon Airport, 15 minutes from Ennis, the medieval capital town of Clare and 10 minutes from Tulla, the local town.

Set back from the main Mourne Coastal Route, just 15 mins from Newcastle, via car or bus route the self catering accommodation is ideal for family breaks as it offers underfloor heating, WIFI, 3 bathrooms and secure parking.

The Cow Shed at Neadú is a cosy, rustic converted byre situated on our property in a very tranquil scenic area. The view from the cottage looks towards the beautiful Glendowan mountains and Glenveagh National Park. Ideal for a peaceful retreat or a great base from which to explore Donegal.
