The Spot

Situated near the entrance to Manfeild, wedged between Kitchener park and Kowhai park. Come and enjoy our converted portacom with off street car park under native trees. This fully self contained tiny home has a super comfy queen size bed, bathroom, air con, own deck, wifi, smart tv with streaming services and a kitchenette loaded with a microwave, jug, toaster, airfryer, washing machine, dryer and fridge/freezer. Simple breakfast and hot drinks also await. We look forward to hosting you :)

A country escape located 4km’s up the Pahiatua Track. Approximately 8-10 minute drive to the outskirts of town, Massey University, the IPU Tertiary Institute and to our local Summerhill shopping centre with a supermarket, takeaways, laundry, café’s and restaurants. Palmerston North's CBD is about 13 km's. Your private entrance leads to a guest suite attached to our house with a lounge, separate double and single bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchenette with basic supplies for preparing meals.

Country School Retreat: 4BR, Pool & Tennis Court

Enjoy a large old rural school house, with everything you need to host a family gathering, a get-together of old friends, or just some quiet time out from the city. With two double bedrooms, one twin bunk room, and one king single/double room, you can easily sleep 8 people. More can be accommodated with either air beds in the roomy living area, or tenting, caravaning or a camper van in the fully fenced grounds. “Be our Guest” Air BnB

Hi - I offer a warm, welcoming, sunny space with everything you need. A modern kitchen and bathroom provide a comfortable family set up with a lounge area leading to the pool. Please note that the nightly rate is for up to 4 people and includes breakfast. There are 3 bedrooms ideally suited to 5 guests however having 2 singles in one room allows for 6 if required. This can be reconfigured to a queen and a single in the largest bedroom allowing more space in the single room, if preferred.

Brendaville

A small peaceful town with a big heart, our town offers time away from the city. Nestled 20 minutes from Dannevirke in a quiet suburb with a domain in the backyard if you feel like a stroll and take in the view. You can grab a meal and mingle with the friendly locals at the Black Dog pub, a 5 minute walk down the road, open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, or stay and swing in the hammock, and cook on the BBQ if you prefer a quiet night in. Larger cities 1 hour drive away.

Historic Bank in Rural Village - a great escape.

Cosy fire, Vault bathroom. Multi-night discounts. Continental breakfast. Cafe and Pub within a two minute walk. River and bush walks a plenty. A fabulous diversion encompassing spectacular views. You will be staying in the character filled, old Kimbolton BNZ Bank (complete with teller box). This is a great Digital Nomad option - with ski fields within 2.5 hours. I live in the "Managers Quarters" which are through a door from the bank (the walls are very thick).

Little Blue Cottage

Our cosy little cottage is over 100 years old and, though greatly cared for, shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging and charming patina both inside and outside. The cottage is within walking distance to the main street of town, where there is no shortage of cafes, restaurants or takeaways to choose from. The cottage is located on a fully fenced section, along with a secure storage room should you need it.

Whangaehu Beach Escape - a place to make memories

A sunny & spacious beach home surrounded by farmland. Water front views with a private access to a safe swimming beach & lagoon for younger children to enjoy. Great fishing , Paua & Crayfish Diving either from a boat or off the reef. Private off street parking with surrounding native bush and birds Whangaehu coastal walk views from Blackhead to Castlepoint Trek to the historic Rata tree on spectacular display from early to late December.

Cul-de-sac Escape self-contained Pet Friendly

Welcome to Friendly Feilding! We are a country town 25 minutes from Palmerton North city. This self-contained sleepout with external private access is in a quiet cul-de-sac. Two-minute drive to the centre and less than 1 minute to the dairy. This cosy room is detached from the main house, so you can come and go as you wish with private check-in. Some of the amenities are ensuite, Fridge/Freezer, oven, microwave and Queen bed.

Benbecula Cottage at Kereru

Nestled in the serene landscapes of Kereru Farm Weber, Benbecula Cottage is a charming rural retreat, perfect for up to six people. Harakeke Cottage

We'd love to host you in our cute, fully self-contained guest cottage in rural Tokomaru. This little (but spacious) house has everything you need including full cooking facilities (stove, oven/ microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils), all linen, washer/dryer, Sonos sound system to play your own music and free wifi. Less than 20 minutes to Palmerston North and 10 minutes to Massey University & Linton Army camp.

The Cottage

A private self contained cottage in a rural setting. This restored 1930's cottage is very cosy and comfortable. A heat pump is available for those chilly nights. The Cottage is located on a lifestyle block approximately 14 km from the centre of Palmerston North. The cottage looks out over a pond and paddocks with ducks and sheep. Guest access is by keypad on the main entry gate to the property.
