This is a spacious apartment above detached garage, with a roomy balcony. The property sits on the Rappahannock River- guests are welcome to use the beach and dock! Property has a private entrance. The bathroom which is located on the first floor. Apartment is up a flight of stairs above the garage. Plenty of parking. EV charger available. We have self check in and the host is extremely flexible.. We welcome all tenants! The Birds Nest is a perfect getaway destination for relaxing and fun.

This house is perfect for a family getaway on the water. It looks over the Rappahannock river and is located 15 minutes from the nearest town: Tappahannock. With a sandy shore, a refinished dock, and all the floats you can handle, Changing Tide feels like a beach vacation without the crowds. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or just relaxing our house has everything you need and something for everyone. With a full kitchen and central air you can play all day and feel like you are home at night.

Relax right next to the water in this tranquil Montross getaway. Fish, crab, kayak, paddleboard, or just sit on the swing and watch dolphins, eagles, herons, and stingrays from your private dock. New Sealy queen size mattress, well equipped kitchen, Cuisinart coffee maker, full oven, glass topped stove, new refrigerator, and fully screened porch with water view. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults looking to get off the grid and recharge. In St. Mary's County,MD, just 90 minutes south of Washington DC. However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.
