The Stables

Situated in Rowland Flat on a three-acre property, the stone cottage was the original tack and feed rooms for Mr Rowland's stables. Separated by a courtyard the stables are now the home of the host. The cottage is comprised of a truly delightful bedroom with an antique double bed with stunning garden views; comfortable lounge room with TV/DVD, CD/radio, books and games; light and open equipped kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, large electric frying pan and breakfast bar overlooking gardens through french windows (provisions for continental breakfast); the bathroom has both separate shower and claw foot slipper bath, toilet and vanity. R/c air-conditioning/heating and ceiling fans throughout. Access from the cottage to your own verandah with garden spilling over…serenity…the perfect spot for breakfast, coffee or bottle of local wine. Enjoy walks through our vineyard and paddocks and come across surprises such as our free-range chooks, wood fire pizza oven, an array of interesting seating and more. Incredible views across the valley floor to the imposing ranges or, bordering our property, the beguiling North Para River (in winter a roaring, cascading joy to behold or in summer the rock based riverbed allows access to caves, a geologists delight) and the birdlife is bountiful. Use of the swimming pool is available in the warmer months.

The Haven

"The Haven" is a fully self-contained, independent flat. It boasts a brand new kitchen with electric cooktop and microwave/convection oven and brand new bathroom/laundry with toilet, shower and washing machine (2019). It is best suited to singles or couples. Maximum two adults. Can accommodate young babies. Reverse cycle AC ensures your stay will be a cosy one whatever the weather. Access is available to a sparkling in-ground swimming pool, surrounding entertainment area and BBQ.

Martinsell Manor Barossa Valley South Australia

Private accommodation for adults, self-contained in the downstairs section of this grand Manor. Book the Gold or Regency room. The main entrance provides access leading into your spacious lounge and dining area. Martinsell Manor, a historical, stately, stone building is set on 77 acres in beautiful surroundings .The impressive guest suites have recently been renovated and include high ceilings, quality Georgian and Chippendale furniture, and Persian carpets on polished floors.

The Library Loft- City to sea views, nature & pool

Stay in our spacious loft. NB: NO SMOKING. The apartment is several meters away from the main house, but very private (We live here). Views to the sea and city. It has an en-suite, kitchenette with sink, bar fridge, induction cooktop, electric grill, convection microwave, Nespresso pod machine and essential items. Pool available. Breakfast provisions and snacks provided. Close to services, hills retreat where you may hear koalas and Kookaburras. Spa no longer available.

29 Jane

29 Jane is a lovingly renovated 1920s bungalow, in the heart of the Barossa. A short stroll from the main street of Tanunda and a few minutes by car to some of the best restaurants and wineries in the Barossa. The house offers 3 comfortable king bedrooms, modern fully equipped kitchen, a lovely yard and swimming pool. 29 Jane is owned an operated by one of the Barossa’s favourite chefs, Tuoi Do, who also runs fermentAsian Restaurant.

UREKA BnB - Hills and Barossa Poolside Escape

A tranquil heated poolside escape with country views. An outdoor/indoor pool kitchen to cook a meal beside the pool. Enjoy eating on your private deck, or around the fire pit while listening to music on jukebox. There are many wineries and cafes nearby for you to visit. Fresh eggs from our chickens are available daily for breakfast. Other option as well. Located 5 mins from Gawler, and only 40 mins north of Adelaide CBD.

Situated in the heart of the Barossa Valley and nestled amidst 9 acres of vineyard, this fully renovated 1860's cottage is only 5 minutes walk to Tanunda's coffee shops and restaurants With magnificent vineyard and rural views you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing in the heated plunge pool or enjoying the comfort of an open fire place.
