What a wonderful stay we had, from booking to arrival, departure and aftercare the hosts were amazing. The house was lovely, clean, spacious and a fab location for us and great local food establishments nearby. Nothing was too much trouble. We travelled a long way and were delayed a few times but the hosts were flexible and patient on waiting for us. I also left a couple of items in the house and they very kindly posted them back to me. I can't recommend this place and the hosts enough. I will definitely book with them again. Thank you!!

Great place to spend a few days! Amazing location to The Ashes Barn wedding venue as well as lovely local parks. The accommodation was small but adequate, loved the porch area for all bags and dog stuff! Bedroom definitely big enough for a travel cot and a plus having a bath to clean the little one! Have recommended it to others already :)

Perfect for a couple and so nice she lets a pet stay. Really convenient for venues in south Birmingham and to motorways. Lovely courtyard garden. It was hot but bedroom fan worked well despite having to keep windows closed due to traffic noise. Great value too. Just a couple of silly things - pot lids? Perhaps it was me but couldn’t fine. And please … a cafeteire (pretty essential)! A great base for a week of physio and local hospital. Made it all so much easier :-)

Really enjoyed the three nights we spent at Jack's house. It was a perfect peaceful retreat overlooking a pond, and with a great view across the fields. Inside is well appointed, very clean, warm and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great stay. Friendly & helpful host. Lots of character in the house. The only down side for me ( but not the rest of the party )was the steps up from the car port to the house as I am a little unsteady on my legs. But other than that a great place. Lovely pub just down the road too

Stayed here with a couple of friends for a little peaceful, chilled getaway after finishing university. It was like a home away from home. Such a lovely quaint guest house and we really enjoyed the hot tub. We also loved all the amenities, like a hair dryer, dressing gown and some toiletries in the bathroom. Michelle was very friendly and happy to help. I would definitely stay here again.

A truly wonderful and peaceful stay. The amenities were excellent—everything you could need to feel right at home. It’s the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle, with acres of open land for long strolls and scenic walks up the hill. There were plenty of board games to keep both kids and adults entertained throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape. Pam was a fantastic host—warm, welcoming, and very responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Only our 2nd time using AirBNB so we are still new to it. Excellent communication from our host and caravan was in a lovely peaceful location on site. Site was well located for exploring the area and two excellent pubs within a short walk. Would definitely stay here again.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We had a wonderful stay. Impressive pool, garden furniture and landscaping to make the most of the sun. Ideal location for touring local sites. Izzy and partner were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at Louise's place. it was so peaceful in lovely surroundings. We just wanted to relax for a few days without doing a great deal and it was an ideal place to do exactly that. The guide to the local area and amenities was especially helpful. slightly disappointed with the... weather! but only to be expected in the UK! still managed a dip in the pool which was superb!, tried a game of tennis and enjoyed the hottub. it really was a lovely stay, waking up to the ponies and wildlife was amazing too! would highly recommend Louise as a host

We had a great stay in Moreton - a family of 4 plus dog staying for a few days whilst visiting relatives nearby. Our dog was made very welcome, the girls loved the hot tub and everything was clean, comfortable and easy to use. Note also that there is a new shower fitted, so we had no issues with water pressure as mentioned in some earlier reviews. It is off the beaten track, but as a result is scenic and peaceful, so we liked it that way! Thanks very much, will visit again.

Lovely, well kept and spacious. Beautiful views and peaceful location with lovely hot tub ready to enjoy straight away. Sara was very responsive when we needed a few extra things for the kitchen. Overall a great find

We have had a wonderful stay at Penn Hill this week. Jo and Richard were friendly, warm and welcoming and we were made to feel right at home. The location and house are stunning and we have already booked to go back again!

Beautiful home surrounded by peaceful countryside. Our two year old (and us) loved watching the horses and goats in the nearby fields, and being able to watch them from the hanging egg chairs on the decking was perfect! House was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us and for accommodating an early check in - this really made life easier in settling the little one in.

Lovely home in beautiful countryside. Very quiet and great internet. I was working in the area and this was ideal for me. It would be a great place to explore the local area. Hope to come back for a holiday.

Great location to access all that Belper has to offer... quiet and secluded, with everything we needed for a great stay

We stayed with Michelle after our wedding for 3 nights and it was exactly what we were after. A relaxing get away with a hot tub was just what we needed and Michelle was happy to help with anything else we needed during our stay. The local pubs and restaurants were lovely for dinner and not too far away. The views from the annexe were beautiful and the annexe itself was spacious, clean & had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. On top of all of this, upon arrival Michelle had decorated the space with personalised banners and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us. We can’t thank Michelle enough!

Our stay at the Grooms Lodge was our second and we're so glad we booked in advance to secure our Easter vacation here. Julie is a wonderful host who contacted us prior to arrival to check our ETA and to make sure everything was ready for our stay. The accommodation has everything we could need ie fridge, oven, kettle etc. The shower room is well speckled and very clean. Once we were parked on the private driveway we felt safe and secure letting our dog play and wander around the garden. Seeing the horses in the fields helps us to feel relaxed. Plus the canal is very close to the property so we enjoyed many morning strolls before joining our family for Easter celebrations. We both feel completely rested after our stay at The Grroms Lodge. Great place great hosts!

Stayed here for the weekend of our Wedding which was local. Absolutely wonderful location, lovely cottage, with a perfect Cotswold country feel. Really clean and well supplied amenities. Quite tricky to find but owners were so lovely and extremely helpful with communication and directions. Couldn’t fault our experience!

David is great host - friendly and welcoming. He was very flexible and accommodating with my long stay booking. And very responsive when I needed help with fixing a problem. Many thanks, David.
