Swetha was helpful and prompt. The place was clean and well maintained. Parking was a bit cramped otherwise it was great. Spacious and comfortable.

This was our second stay at the villa, and honestly, it’s an amazing place. Every member of my family loved it. The hospitality from Abraham was exceptional—he made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay.

Private villa surrounded by empty plots, good place for a last minute escape from city. The pool is inside the villa making easy to enjoy it even during hot noon. The movie room and PS 5 served as a good filler while we planned out our day or just sat down to unwind. Overall great experience.

Hi , just wanted to thank you for a lovely stay! 😊 The property was really good—well maintained, calm surroundings with lots of greenery. We had a great college friends’ get-together, and thanks to the cricket kit, we even got to play street cricket after a long time! The maid prepared a nice breakfast—soft idlis and delicious sambar, which we all enjoyed.. Everything was perfect. Thanks again for hosting us! 😊🌿🏏

Very comfortable villa with a full kitchen and kept neat and clean. Tastefully done and the locality is lovely to walk around.

Great place to unwind with your family and friends…totally isolated from the city’s bustling life and very peaceful yet close to the city especially if you are staying in north Bangalore..had a great family outing with 8 adults and 3 kids..loved the pool, sunset view and morning walk. Der Service von Jithu und seiner Familie welche uns im Haus bedient haben war öusserst zuvorkommend und sie waren stehts für uns da. sie waren äusserst aufmerksam und haben unmittelbar unsere bedürfnisse sowie wünsche umgesetzt. Das Haus war etwas abgelegen, die Gegend ist aber wunderschön und mit einem Fahrer sind umliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Der wunderschöne und gepflegte Garten war für uns die ideale Erholung. Sehr ruhige Nachbarschaft. Es war uns eine Freude an diesem Ort Beherbergt zu werden. Freundliche Grüsse Simon

Well maintained and as soon on airbnb

We had such a great time! We were seriously pampered by the staff and all of our needs were met. Two comments— first, the pictures in the listing are from when the resort was new, so there was definitely wear and tear we weren’t expecting, but everything was still clean and maintained. Secondly, two of the rooms had electricity issues while we were there— the staff dealt with the issues but it was a persistent problem for a few days. Otherwise our stay was great and we would recommend!

Beautiful property that’s easily discoverable and very aesthetically done up. Very peaceful with a scenic view for a quick break from the city. Ample space and the cook is absolutely fantastic. The bbq was amazing! Will definitely come back here. No complaints :) Tip: ask the cook what all he can cook off the menu as well. His expertise goes beyond the menu too :)

The place had such a cool and calming vibe. The property is very spacious and the pool is a really good highlight. All the amenities were provided as stated. From the moment I walked in, I felt super relaxed. Was really a peaceful experience. The staff was friendly but gave us space to enjoy, which was nice. Definitely a spot I’d love to come back to when I need to unwind.

The inhouse team prepares delicious meals and super clean villa, and the surrounding neighborhood is my dream come true, with plenty of organic shops and cafes that cater to refined tastes. This property truly has it all.

Dileep & Amal were great right from the time we stepped into the resort. We had asked Dileep to make dhal kichidi (which to many of us sounds simple). He had never made it, he searched the recipe on Google and made it for us. This is called true customer service and being vegetarians, we loved the food that he made and we spent all the time inside the resort relaxing. Shyam called us one day before and made sure he sent the contacts of his team in the resort.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spotless and offered a stunning view. The amenities were excellent — I especially appreciated the clean, well-maintained common areas and the quiet atmosphere. The overall environment was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and stress-free experience. I stayed here for 15 days and had a great experience. The house was exactly like the photos, neat and clean. The location was convenient with markets nearby, and the place was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay overall. However, the only issue was with the househelp. We were told she would clean the house every other day, but during our 15-day stay, she came only 4 times.
