Convenient & private, 300 mtrs from shopping, bars, restaurants & supermarket, City express bus at front door during peak travel times. The space is downstairs area of our townhouse & consists of bedroom, private lounge, bathroom & courtyard (NO KITCHEN) coffee maker, kettle & bar fridge provided together with tea & coffee, cereal, milk or yoghurt & fruit. You wont need a kitchen with so many dining/take away options within a few minutes walk. PLEASE ALSO NOTE THEIR IS NO MICROWAVE OR TOASTER

Located in serene surroundings. Ample living space, secluded outdoor BBQ entertaining area, indoor laundry, and free street parking. Bus stop, shops, restaurants and brewery a 10 or so minute walk, with beach close by. Breakfast items (eggs, milk, bread, cereal, tea, coffee) are provided. Outdoor smoking area available. LGBTQIA+ friendly. NB: Wi-Fi is available, but, in the case of a service outage, we cannot guarentee internet availability. Likewise, TV w/ Netflix subject to availablity.

Very close to main transport routes such as Beecroft train station (40mins to City), buses to City, M2, NorthConnex and M7. Good shopping nearby (Castle Towers, Macquarie, Parramatta etc). Cumberland State Forest, Koala Park & Golf Club within 5mins and Olympic Park (Accor Stadium & Qudos Arena) approx 30 mins drive or bus.

Built circa 1910 this Heritage listed home is a unique place to stay... loads of character and with all modern comforts. The self contained guest suite is seperate from the rest of the home and consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a verandah and a bathroom. The dining room is made available for use at breakfast time and a self service continental breakfast is Included in your stay. I only accommodate one booking at a time so you have exclusive use of the entire guest suite areas.

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

Mosman retreat close to harbour

Take a ferry ride with a cup of coffee to the city, listen to the lions roar in the zoo with a French glass of wine in the garden are just few of the lovely activities while staying at our BnB. Staying in a historic home with modern finishes and comfortable provincial styling is the perfect base to explore the city of Sydney and return to a quiet retreat at night. Your French-Australian host will do their best to make sure your stay is comfortable and you will want to return.

Warm and cosy in the winter, in the warmer months be sure to enjoy the heated pool. This lovely little apartment offers a beautiful natural and peaceful escape. Light and airy one bedroom garden flat has that true beachy feel. It has a new queen sofa bed, and brand new matress for for the double bed. Located just a 20 minute level walk from North Narrabeen Beach and lagoon, 5 minutes from Warriewood Square and across the road from the Warriewood Wetlands. Bus stop across the road. Please note the shower and toilet are located in the external laundry next to the flat. There is no ensuit in the flat.

100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.
