Amenities at North Coast Village include patios and balconies overlooking the ocean, direct beach access, 24-hour security, a heated pool and jacuzzi, exercise gym room, recreation game rooms, putting greens, fitness center, and an outdoor BBQ grill area supplied with beach toys, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boggie boards, etc. The lush tropical grounds with its waterfalls and soothing koi ponds, make this community a serene place to vacation. Only 45 minutes to Disneyland, 30 minutes to Seaworld, and Legoland is only 10 minutes away, no pets & no smoking. Sunshine and privacy in a resort style setting with a pool, jacuzzi, and a waterslide! This home is situated up on a hill in Fire Mountain, Oceanside with a stellar view of the beach and Carlsbad Lagoon. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, two twin xl beds, and a pull out bed from the couch. Looking for some extra fun during your stay? Surfboards and bikes are available for rent from this property as well. There is also a dart board and an arcade gaming table equipped with over 400 arcade classics. This Cozy Coastal can't be beat! Must be 21+ Pool may be heated for an additional daily charge. Couples Retreat Beachside Studio, King Bed

Take a walk on the beach in the morning, play in the sand all day, and then jump into the pool before dinner and relax on the balcony at sunset. Our studio has all the amenities you'd need to feel right at home. The property has a large gym with saunas, 2 salt water pools and hot tubs, a ping pong table, and beach access. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

This home was built with a wide hallway and doorways for a man in a wheelchair. Full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, k- cup coffee maker, can opener, induction cook top, blender and dishes/cups/silverware. (No oven) Full size washer and dryer, sit down shower, great air flow, a lot of natural light, great work space, WiFi and your own outdoor patio area. Our upscale unit is a 3rd floor 'penthouse' in the "A" building on the south side of North Coast Village. It has a fantastic view of the surf, sand and the Oceanside Pier from your large dedicated rooftop balcony! There's a beautiful, fully upgraded kitchen, a king in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the LR. Upstairs is a large & open loft bedroom with a queen Murphy bed, a breakfast nook and a 75” TV.
