Walk to the Beach from a Seaside Apartment with a Balcony

This beautiful one bedroom condo is fully stocked and ready for you to enjoy during your beach vacation! Our guests may enjoy all of the services the property provides: pool, spa, gym and rec room, as well as coin laundry facility and secured parking. IF YOU EXPERIENCE A TRUE EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911. NOTE: There is no phone (landline) in the unit, so bring your cell phone! If you are experiencing a problem (such as a clogged drain, a leak, or some other utility related issue), please go to the HOA Office, or contact me. If it is after business hours, go to the Security Gate, which is staffed 24 hours a day. Set in the oceanside city of Carlsbad, the apartment is steps away from pristine beaches and Oceanside Harbor. There are plenty of eateries, cafes, and bars within walking distance. San Diego is a 40-minute drive away. Walk or bike to nearby shops and restaurants, and take a cruise down the coast for more ocean sights and sounds! Bicycles are for our guests use; helmets are provided.

Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4) Beautiful LUXURIOUS beach condo, granite kitchen, all new floors, a few feet from a 12' waterfall! Open the windows and all you hear is the waterfall and the tropical birds in the garden area. Relax in the luxury spa shower! This is a VERY quiet unit, B123. You'll feel like you are truly in a unique paradise! This is a garden view unit, with a peek of the ocean looking through the tropical gardens. This unit is a second home and is comfy, classy, and AFFORDABLE! North Coast Village is located right on the sand and is one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California. Walk to the pier or the harbor! Relax in the tropical environment, or spend your days surfing, boogie boarding, or just laying on the beach. The beach is a VERY short walk from the unit. Walk to the downtown area where you will find fine restaurants, movie theater, shops, museum, and a weekly farmer's market.

Steps to the sand with all the beach gear you need. beautifully decorated one bedroom condo 150 yards to the sand. Great location , walking distance to everything, 7 min walk north of the pier. Newer 55" smart TV in the living room and also one in the bedroom. Enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine on the balcony with a view. Designated parking spot, laundry facilities , surf boards, body boards as well as stand up paddle boards for your use. Umbrellas, coolers, beach chairs and beach towels.
