The house is really clean— all the lamps and aircon work great. It has a good view from the balcony, the TV is working, and there are plates, a fridge, and a microwave available to heat up our food. The bed is spotless and very comfortable to sleep on. There are a few things I’d like to point out to help future guests with the check-in process. First of all, during our arrival, we spent about 5 minutes driving around trying to get to Level 5/5A to park our car. The passage is quite narrow and a bit scary, with many scratch marks on the walls, likely from cars brushing against them. Another thing is that the instructions to find the lift from Level 5/5A were not very clear. We drove around for nearly 10 minutes before finally spotting the lift, which is actually near the guard at the entrance parking area but quite hidden. I suggest the host include clearer directions and maybe some pictures in the guide to make this easier for future guests. Overall, I’m satisfied with this Airbnb!

Our 2nd time here for short vacation and as my personal opinion, this is the best apartment ive been stayed so far as they provide water dispenser so we don’t need to buy mineral water for us to drink, microwave, washing machine with detergent, a lot of hanger. Really feel like home🥰

From the moment we stepped in, we could tell that cleanliness was top-notch. The floors were spotless, including the balcony area, and the sofa and other fabric surfaces were well-maintained with no visible stains. The mattress covers were white and clean, and both the air conditioning and washrooms were fresh with no musty or moldy smell—a rare find! This place is clearly well-prepared for families with young children. It provides a baby cot (though we didn’t use it), high chair, kids’ chairs, and a variety of toys and books, all in good condition and very clean. There’s also a water dispenser which was super convenient. The swimming pool is just right in front (1 level down), which added to the enjoyment of our stay, I can watch my kids swimming from the balcony. Highly recommended for families looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable place to stay!

host was aware of Muslim needs. he prepare prayer mats and Muslim kitchen ware. swimming pool are clean. location are great. we were there for weekend road was busy till midnight. but we were not affected by the noise around the house.

Amazing place, can’t recommend it enough. The mall is literally downstairs; you don’t even need to drive (that’s a rarity in Malaysia). They included two keys and two vehicle parking stickers. Everything was clean and as described, with the small exception of a small drip in the secondary bathrooms’ plumbing. 9.75/10, would highly recommend.

Some pros of this place: 1. Really central and near to KSL and CIQ! 2. Great views and security 3. Washing machine and dryer works as intended + laundry powder was provided !! 4. All the electronics worked well, including shower heater, fan, kettle, AC and fridge 5. Shower water pressure was great, however additional hooks to hang clothes would be appreciated 🙏🏼 6. Beds were comfortable 7. Lots of pillows!! 8. No noise from neighbours + condo rubbish bin is nearby Some cons to note: 1. We were unlucky: the swimming pool water looked green and needed maintenance; some gym equipments weren’t working as well TT 2. My mum’s side of the bed wasn’t clean and she was kept up by itchy spots on her legs 3. Toilet paper was very thin, such that in one night we (4 pax) used 2.5 rolls 4. Shampoo and body wash were in really small hotel containers and shampoo quality was poor 5. It was abit smaller than expected but still great for a short stay! Just bring your hair conditioner XD

Eric was always proactive in keeping communication even way before check-in. His place was clean especially the bathroom which is very important to me. Heater and aircon working well. Plus point, he has a separate utensils and cooking ware for Muslim. He stockup on lots of snacks & drinks. It was the 1st time i came across such a kind and generous host. I would definitely return again and recommend this listing. Thank you Eric for the warm hosting. My family enjoyed the stay.

Fourth time staying here and we still love this place. This was a family-friendly staycation and there were three babies with us. I truly appreciated Host's gestures. During the first night, one of the main water pipe went burst, affecting the whole neighbourhood. This was something out of Host's control, and the government were actively resolving the issue throughout the night. Upon Host's awareness, they immediately went out to get us 20 litres of drinking water to ensure that the babies have clean water required for their milk. Thank you so much! We will definitely come back again for more staycations like this. Love that the babies enjoyed the pool and went to bed early after having a fun day.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 young children stayed here for 2 nights. It was very clean and had everything we needed. There is a water filter that dispenses by hot and cold water and clean towels. My kids enjoyed the water play inflatable in the garden and the toys in the house. Sunway citrine, a family friendly mall with a supermarket and restaurants is just across the road which makes it super convenient. Legoland is also a short 10 minute drive away. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay here again.

Host was super responsive as we booked the unit at the very last min. place was clean although some doors are Abit rusty and old. Showers not hot, not sure if heaters are not working well or I was unsure of how it works. But overall it was a pleasant stay and kids enjoyed the pool very much. thank u

Had a wonderful stay! The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process completely fuss-free. Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.
