Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Lovely and completely renovated 1100 sqft in-law suite, fully self contained and private. It comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen (no commercial food preparation allowed) and bathroom with walk-in shower. Queen size bed in the bedroom, with a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Has its own private entrances and dedicated driveway parking area, as well as self-check-in. No pets allowed. This is a strict non-smoking space, no smoking is allowed on the property.

Renovated private studio with separated entrance. We are located at NE Tallahassee, a laidback and safer area of the town. Very quiet and 100% privacy. Within minutes to grocery stores , all kinds of restaurants, gyms etc . I have a portable stove and a coffee maker. You will enjoy the rural quiet also the city convenient at the same time while you stay here. Within 5 miles to I10.
