Appartamento condominiale tranquillo e luminoso,presenta nella prima camera un letto matrimoniale e nell’altra 2 letti singoli,un bagno,un salotto molto spazioso,luminoso ed accogliente,una grande cucina attrezzata per poter cucinare quello che più gradite,un terrazzo che si affaccia sul vialetto e giardino d’entrata che collega la cucina al salotto e l’altro terrazzo in cameretta dove troverete un armadietto con il materiale per le pulizie. Vi auguro di rilassarvi passando un sereno soggiorno!!

Il piano terra è composto da soggiorno con due vetrate che danno sul patio, camino, divano letto, bagno con grande doccia e cucina moderna con isola in acciaio, con tre porte finestre per accedere alla zona pranzo esterna con bbq. Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi.
