Se trata de una casita rural situada en la sierra de la Alpujarra. La casa tiene unas vistas preciosas y esta situada en mitad de la sierra. Es un tipo de casa sostenible que cuenta con placas solares y agua procedente directamente de la sierra. La casa cuenta con un balcón para poder disfrutar de las vistas mientras comes o ver las estrellas mientras cenas. Cuenta con salón con un sofa-cama y una chimenea, una cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar, baño y dormitorio principal

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Pool with fabulous mountain views. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra and skiing. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, gastronomy, lazing around pool or remote working. Great WiFi.

Tropical Studio is a very cozy apartment 100% sustainable, totally independent, located on the ground floor of a large Andalusian country house. It has two terraces, a spacious garden with lush green lawns and a eco-salt pool with wide sunbathing areas. All of this is surrounded by 3,000m² of certified organic land with orange, avocado, centenary olive and other southern trees. The property is in Órgiva, surrounded by relaxing nature, Moorish cultural landscape and unspoilt mountain scenary.

READ FULL DESCRIPTION. Wake up to views of the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Lecrín Valley from your private terrace. This suite is located on the top floor of our farmhouse, with separate entrance. The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 cm double bed, a private bathroom with a shower, a private living-dining room with a sofa bed, and a kitchenette (for storing and heating food). It is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.

The Lecrin Valley, nestled in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada is the kind of place you visit and never want to leave. Those wishing to relax can enjoy the peaceful tranquility of a village which contentedly slumbers for much of the year. Villa Mirador del Lago es una casa de reciente construcción, situada en el corazón del Valle de Lecrín, a tan solo 25 minutos de Granada, 20 minutos de la playa, 40 minutos de Sierra Nevada, y a 75 minutos del aeropuerto de Málaga, por ello su ubicación es ideal para poder disfrutar de toda la provincia de Granada; dispone de un inmenso porche con vistas directas al lago de Béznar desde donde se pueden apreciar los espectaculares atardeceres que el valle ofrece.

La Almunia de Nigüelas es una Casa de Campo accesible en plena naturaleza, en una zona de alta protección medioambiental (Parque Nacional de Sierra Nevada). Las vistas son espectaculares y el clima es muy agradable. La finca de media hectárea, está en la atalaya del Valle de Lecrín. El tratamiento de la producción agrícola es ecológico. Nuestra casa está construida con materiales naturales, atendiendo a criterios bioclimáticos y de sostenibilidad ambiental.

Disconnect from the routine in this unique and relaxing accommodation. "The Love Suite Niwalas is a cortijo for a romantic stay with your partner. There is a large 160cm bed, a bathtub and a kitchen. In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.

"El Tesorillo" Secluded mountain house

This lovely country home sleeps up to four people comfortably. It has two bathrooms, a living area, a dining room and full kitchen. The most impressive aspect of the house is its location which boasts panoramic views overlooking the mountainous valley, visually distinct with its terraced olive, orange and almond groves, among others. The property also has a garden and a small terrace with a BBQ and a wood fired oven.
