The open living room is on the lowest level. It results into the dining room and the kitchen in high-gloss white. The kitchen area facilitates a cooking island, high-end builtin appliances and is completely handle-less; for a sleek finish. The living room is surrounded by sliding doors, allowing plenty of natural light to enter. The floating staircase leads to the higher floors. The first floor has three suites, all with a bathroom en-suite. The master bedroom has a private terrace with stunning views of the bay of Talamanca and the island of Formentera. The fourth bedroom can be found on the basement floor as well as the private gym. The residence also facilitates several terraces on different levels. The swimming pool is located near the living room and is surrounded by a terrace too. The top floor Besides the ideal consists of a spacious roof terrace where you can dine.
