Cilpentan Bach - smallholding

Cilpentan Bach adjoins a working Hill Farm with sheep, cattle, goats and working dogs. Our holding, stretches away from the yard with a paddock, large field, three farm ponds, a wooded track along the stream into the meadow, a legally protected, Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Spring, summer and autumn you can see; nesting Red Kites, bats, wood sorrel, bluebells, yellow rattle, anemones, orchids and fungi and much more. The fields are grazed by our Arab mare, Highland colt and goats.

Cosy Cottage in Garnant is quirky but very homely. The cottage has its own entrance with central heating and gas fire (Log burner look) for those cosy nights in, it has lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room, upstairs (steep and low head ) bathroom and bedroom also has own patio in rear of cottage. The cottage is set within the village of Garnant, close to golf course and local eateries It is within easy reach of the M4. On the edge of the Black Mountains and the Brecon Beacons.

THE Sparrows on a mountain

if you want a peaceful getaway. The Sparrows is for you. Its a self contained cabin on a smallholding on top of a mountain with fantastic views. we have recycled all items in cabin, where possible,Its open plan with a double bed, heater, shower room, kitchen area and wifi, water comes from a mountain spring. The Sparrows sits next to the main cottage, shops are 5-8 min drive. Perfect spot for artists ,walkers or for fresh mountain air. many local attractions. there are animals on the property

Capel Cartref - Spacious Holiday Let Pet Friendly

Capel Cartref - a detached 5 bedroom holiday let, between Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) and Swansea. Graded 4 star by Visit Wales it has 4 double beds, (1 en suite), plus 1 room with 2 single beds, plus a bath and shower room. (3 bathrooms in total). The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave, two fridge freezers. The lounge is spacious with extra upstairs seating . The garden is enclosed but beyond the back gate is parking for four cars.

Cosy colourful farm cottage

The Old Kitchen is part of Garth Farm which has been in co-host Edward's family since the 1800s. Set against the side of Garth mountain it enjoys beautiful views by day and stunning skies by night. It is ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers... The Old Kitchen is cosy and quirky, practical and unfussy: a single large space with sleeping area, small kitchen, dining and seating areas plus log burning stove. A shower room opens off the main space and there are French doors and a patio.

"Sky" - a cosy pod with beautiful panoramic views of Brynglas Retreat Campsite.

Inside your pod there is a cosy double bed with bedding - solar powered lighting (with phone charging point) a table and two chairs and a gas heater! We provide a single ring camping stove and kettle with plates, bowls, mugs, cutlery, glasses and washing up bowl and tea towel to help you on your way! For 2024 we have also built a new shared shower and toilet block onsite! We provide a flask of boiling water, tea bags, coffee and milk by 8.30 each morning for your first cuppa of the day!

Traditional Welsh stone built cottage in a former mining village. We're less than 10 mins away from the Black Mountain on Brecon Beacons. We are within walking distance of local shops & takeaways. There are numerous waterfalls, castles, beaches, cycling trails & dog walks to be experienced within 30 mins of our cottage. Important to note that older welsh cottages like this one have quite low ceilings if you are over 6'3 it may not be comfortable for you. Fully Enclosed Garden

1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables

No 1 Cathelyd Colliery Stables is a dog friendly property renovated from a pit pony stables. Next door, No 2 is slightly larger and can be booked separately on Airbnb. There are walks on the doorstep being next to the Cwm Clydach bird reserve and the cottage has its own private valley walk with a waterfall. We are situated 3 miles from J45 of the M4 with easy access to Swansea, Gower and the Brecon Beacons. The Swansea Cycle path is on the doorstep. The town is a mile away.

Glenhurst, guests stay in coach house in grounds

The photo shown is the main house. Self catering accommodation. Guests will stay in the refurbished coach house in the grounds of the main house in the village of Glanamman. Open plan living area downstairs, fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, slow cooker and cooking utensils. Shower room and toilet, hot &cold running water. Double bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with adult bunk beds. Balcony accessed through main bedroom giving views of the Amman Valley.

"The Barn" at the foothills of The Black Mountain

The Barn features beautiful gardens and a well maintained terrace and BBQ area. The Barn has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully functional kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge, The Barn has three TVs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Located on the edge of the National Park, the cottage is in a peaceful and rural area with several walking routes nearby. Just a short drive up the lane are The Black Mountains
