On Strawberry Creek in Idyllwild's historic district, the Owl Pine Guest Cabin was built in 1922. It's the best of both worlds w/ plenty of nature (burbling creek, rock paths, trees, birds, mountain air, stars) + close to civilization (the property is near restaurants/shops). Native rock fireplace, hot tub, eclectic art, record collection/player, games, books, TV, Wifi, BBQ, fire pit hang deck. We have a chicken coop, happy to leave eggs at the cabin upon request. Bluebird Tiny House Forest Retreat

This vintage horse trailer was reimagined into a Tiny house by Lane and Laurie as a couples project in 2018 which they completely gutted and remodeled using beautiful natural materials like wood, old fashioned wood cabinetry, handmade ceramic tiles and woven bamboo. Bluebird Tiny House is tucked into a secluded forest meadow, named for the bluebirds that spend part of the year there and there are miles of private trails to enjoy. Also on property is a Yurt with gym and yoga equipment .
