A 2 night rental is required on weekends during the second half of Dec, January, February, March, first half of April, July and August.

Winter time, you are just 15 min to Homewood &NorthStar & 20 min to Squaw Valley. In Summer, the public beach is a short 3 min drive or 15 min walk. The closest grocery store is 4 mins away and Garwoods is just down the street!
