Larkspur offers a peaceful escape, located within a short distance to explore the Norfolk Beaches, a mere 25 mins drive; reconnect with nature; spot the array of wildlife/ bird life in Norfolk; go for leisurely walks. Alternatively, you may just want to switch off and unwind in the hot tub. There is something for everyone! Enjoy!

Verse End is a detached property with enclosed private patio area situated in the owners spacious gardens, on the edge of the popular village of East Rudham. The accommodation is ideal for a couple or small family. (Access to bed 2 is via bed 1. The shower room is on the ground floor). Situated in rural Norfolk the location is ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers or those wishing to explore the Norfolk coast and the abundance of stately homes in the area including Sandringham.

Self contained annexe with minimal cooking facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed sloping attic roof - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed, sloping roof. Outside toilet and fridge if required. Welcome pack for your first breakfast. Kitchen facilities suitable for breakfast and light lunches.

The glorious beaches of Holkham, Brancaster and Wells are within a 20 minute drive, whilst the stately homes of Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham are within 10 miles.
