„Weniger ist mehr“ – So lautet eine der goldenen Regeln für gute Gestaltung, von der wir uns bei der Restaurierung unseres Hofes in der Uckermark leiten ließen. Zum Birkenhof gehören mehrere Hektar Land mit Wiesen, Obst- und Gemüsegarten und unserem kleinen Birkenhain, der dem Hof seinen Namen gab. Das Bauernhaus eignet sich ideal für Familien oder kleine Gruppen. Das Bauernhaus kann auch zusammen mit dem Stallgebäude und Waschhaus gemietet werden.

Mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Platz für bis zu sechs Personen, einer Galerie mit Bildern der alten Fischerei um 1920 und den Seeblick vom Balkon durch alte Ahorn- und Kirschbäume wird Ihr Aufenthalt unvergesslich.
