This special and quiet place that is close to everything. Where you can sit on our deck to enjoy nature, beautiful river views, and to hear water flowing while barges pass by. There is a boating dock on property available not too far from sugar bay boating ramp. Feel free to enjoy our fire pit as well as fishing and swimming off our dock. It’s a kitchen/living room combo with two bedrooms and one full bathroom. It is relaxing place where you turn off your phones and just unwind.

It's a great in between location for The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, Belterra and Rising Star Casino. Inside you'll notice the wood burning stove and the open floor plan. Relax on the deck, take in the peace and quiet, watch the wildlife, take a stroll on a trail, or have a bonfire. Please read through rules and look at pictures to make sure it meets your needs.

Secluded Country Home in Historic Hoosier Hills

You’ll love the property because of the private secluded location and the views. The property is good for couples, solo families (with kids), all girls/boys gatherings and big groups. The house has over 1900 square feet of living space plus a sunroom looking over the pond and woods. There are two TVs with cable connection and one tv with an antenna. One TV is in the common living area and the other tv's are in two bedrooms, Catch and release fishing is permitted.

The Loft

This is a renovated 1821 building, now a fully furnished, 2nd story short term rental called "The Loft"! I can't wait to share this place with you. Located in the heart of the quaint Ohio River town of Vevay, Indiana and within an hour to places such as The Ark, Creation Museum, historic Madison, Indiana, local shops, art gallery, the infamous Kat Von D's tulip field and more. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place.

Whether you're wanting to get away from the city, enjoy the outdoors or a place to stay after visiting Belterra Casino, Ark Encounter or The Creation museum this is the place. Once you walk inside you'll notice the open floor plan. Watch the deer, turkey and rabbits browsing in the field just before dusk. Take a stroll thru the many trails on the 30-acres. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and 1 futon in loft and 2 futons in living room.
