A stylish & well appointed space in the heart of rural south Lincolnshire (‘Bomber County’). We offer a self-contained King-size bedroom/sitting room and bathroom with private access in the historic and pretty village of Folkingham. Amenities include fridge, tea & coffee, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, key box, large bath with shower attachment and underfloor heating throughout. Village pub food is great and shop well stocked. Handy for Lincoln, Stamford, Belton & Burghley Houses plus other historic sites.

Studio in quiet countryside setting

This self contained, open plan studio sleeps 2 in either 2 single or 1 kingsize bed(s). As a matter of course, the bed is always made up as super king size, so if you would prefer singles please request at time of booking. There is a separate shower room and small kitchen area with small fridge, mini oven and hob. The Studio has an A shape ceiling so please make yourself aware of this and avoid banging your head. Situated in a delightful countryside setting between Stamford and Grantham.

This recently renovated annex flat boasts a spacious and bright place to stay. Large garden, private entrance and parking. Located in the beautiful Cambridgeshire countryside As a part time lived in property, the flat is fully equipped with everything you’d have at home A gorgeous farm shop and tea room is just a short walk at the end of the road. Just a 10 min drive from Peterborough city centre and 20 min drive from picturesque Stamford. Cambridge 50 min drive. And London (45 min train).

Situated in the open countryside, just 15 minutes from Stamford and five minutes from Market Deeping, our beautiful ground floor converted barn has all the facilities to make it home from home. Come and relax in our rural farmland retreat. With a king size bed and space for a cot in the bedroom and/or use of the sofa as a bed (Living Room) for one person, The Stables is the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring South Lincolnshire and beyond. Bed linen and towels provided.

Our comfortable self-contained cosy dwelling of traditional build located in a rural village just North of Stamford. A stone throw away from the A1 leading you to points of attraction such as Stamford, a beautiful historic town center. Rutland water, "the largest man made lake in the UK" that is perfect for outdoor activities. Belton Estate, part of the National trust. Keen cyclists are able to store their bicycles safely away in our key lock garage (subject to pre-arrangment)

A cosy mid terraced 1 bedroomed cottage in the small village of Ewerby, near Sleaford. Ideally situated for weddings, sight seeing, or a romantic break in the country. The cottage features an open plan lounge & kitchen with log burner, smart TV, cooker, fridge/freezer & microwave. Winding stairs lead up to the luxurious & cosy bedroom with a standard double bed & en-suite shower room. This is a non smoking cottage & parking is on the street in this safe & peaceful village.

It is a one bedroom apartment with a sofa bed and bedding. With a private bathroom, with a shower, sink, toilet and towels. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, portable electric hob, fridge, toaster, saucepans, plates, glasses and cutlery. EETV, Roku smart tv and WiFi. Free on street parking. We have off street parking available on request. Extra amenities include - travel cot, iron and ironing board and hairdryer.

This 19th century converted barn offers spacious and cosy accomodation and is situated next to the renowned award winning Olive Branch restaurant and is a quick 15 minute drive to central Stamford and Burghley House. Church Barn is a 6 minute drive to the sublime wedding venue of Holywell Hall. Church Barn is an old building with imperfections to be expected. Pets by prior agreement

Private Annex near Melton Mowbray

Hose Lodge is a traditional farmhouse in the tranquil vale of Belvoir. Outside there are farm buildings and stables, paddocks and an orchard together with formal gardens round the house. It is in a secluded location with great views. The annex is a separate unit to allow privacy and convenience to our guests.

The cottage is over 300 yrs old and has had a complete renovation. The east wing is for our guests with garden and seating area. 10% discount for weekly stays. Price: 2 people sharing a king bed.
