Located in a quiet beachside location with shops, cafes, restaurants, Caves beachside hotel all within a 3 minute drive.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group or family trips. Views that make you feel like you are on top of the world. Relax in the many large spaces this open plan home enjoys or unwind with a drink n BBQ watching the sunset over the lake. Perhaps take a 5 min walk to the cosmopolitan cafes/restaurants and lakeside pleasures. Or bike riding some of the 20km of cycling track around the lake edges or even some dedicated mountain bike trails nearby. We have two mountain bikes available!

Ten minute drive to Newcastle and beaches. This premise has a spacious kitchen and lounge with high ceilings, courtyard and off-street parking.

Perfect for families or groups of friends, the house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. A short stroll across the road is patrolled Caves Beach where you can go for a swim, surf or explore the famous Caves and rock pools. If work or rain calls, rest assured Beachside House has free WIFI and 3 smart tv's for relaxing while on holidays.

The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.
