Rest and relax with the your whole family at this beautiful waterfront second floor retreat! Slow down and enjoy the dock, throw out a crab pot or a fishing line and truly enjoy coastal living. Think of taking the opportunity to teach the kids the joy of being on the water. Watch the wildlife swim by. The home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with private exterior staircase on the left side of the home. The area boasts shopping, public boat ramps, and Emerald Isle beach access just a few miles away.

Waterfront Getaway with kayaks, jonboat, & fishing

This cozy cottage with amazing reading retreat is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise.

Just a short walk to the Intracoastal Waterway, this 1940's cottage boasts modern amenities with a perfect combination of historic charm and displays views of the water from the front porch swing. Being just a 3 minute drive to historic downtown Swansboro and a 10 minute drive to the beautiful beaches of Emerald Isle, the options are endless making this the perfect spot for any vacation!

Experience Southern Charm at “The Landing”. Situated on a very large lot with a panoramic view of the water, surrounded by majestic oaks. Private dock with water access and a public boat ramp near make this an ideal fishing destination. Recent renovations to a large portion of the home including updated bathrooms, new paint, and flooring. Plenty of room to relax both inside and out with a sun porch, deck, and patio. You will love the sunrises and sunsets at "The Landing”. No pets allowed!

Enjoy the beach in a spacious, Middle Row duplex that is a short five minute walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At night, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are provided. Catch the beautiful sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

If you are an artist, fisherperson, kayaker, boater or just someone who wants to chill, you will love this. It’s quirky, private, artsy and has soul to refresh yours. Our waterfront paradise sits on a point on Queens Creek with a 180-degree view of the quarter-mile-wide estuary, just upriver from the Intracoastal Waterway and 5 miles from the ocean. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.

Captains Quarters

Relax and unwind with your family in the small quaint town of Peletier. Just a few minutes away from Emerald Isle. Captains Quarters is tucked away at the end of a cul de sac in a rather quiet neighborhood. The home is just minutes away from Emerald Isle, Historic Swansboro, and Carteret County Speedway. Captains Quarters has a community dock and boat launch (1/4 mile away). Smaller boats and/or boats with minimal draft will have no navigational issues.

Dunes Crossings at The Point

Enjoy the most picturesque beach in North Carolina from this quaint get away. Just a short walk to the public beach access at The Point, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home offers a reverse floor plan. With decks off every bedroom & living space, you can enjoy your morning coffee with views of Banks Channel. At Dunes Crossing you will enjoy being off the beaten path but only 2.8 miles from all the retail & restaurants Emerald Isle has to offer.

Beagle Cottage - 4 Bedroom home built in 2016

This home is very close to Swansboro, NC, about 15 minutes from Emerald Isle Beach and about 20 minutes from Jacksonville, NC. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood providing a peaceful, tranquil environment, complete with a large fenced yard. A marina is less than one mile down the road and on the intercoastal waterway. The area is excellent for fishing and kayaking, and it has beautiful beaches for playing in the sand!

The Paddle House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Nestled on the White Oak River with water access. Great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Fishing is great on the White Oak with a large variety of fish. The sunrise, sunsets and full moons are amazing to see. Relax on the screened porch and enjoy the view. One mile from historic downtown Swansboro and 8 miles to Emerald Isle. Hammocks Beach state park is 3 miles away.

The Shack at Cedar Point

If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay with beautiful views of the ICW, come stay at The Shack. Sit on the porch with your coffee and enjoy the beautiful sunrise. Sit on the pier and enjoy the salt air. Enjoy paddling kayaks through the waters, take a bike ride a short distance to restaurants, bars and/or shopping. Just a short drive to the quint town of Swansboro or over the bridge to Emerald Isle.
