Fishing paradise, reading retreat, and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Renovated cozy, comfortable, well appointed third floor walk up studio (no elevator) in gated Pebble Beach Community. Studio is walking distance to the beach and overlooks the courtyard. Enjoy the beach in a spacious, Middle Row duplex that is a short five minute walk to the beach and 1/3 of a mile to the sound access. This well maintained and exceptionally clean duplex offers a fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, plates, cups and silverware. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a long day at the beach! At night, relax by the fire in the secluded back yard. Jump into a clean bed with fresh linens that are provided. Catch the beautiful sunrises or sunsets of Emerald Isle.

Small (Newport) House near the beach(No Smoking)

This was my tiny space that I decided to keep adding on to. Started as a tiny house but has grown a little bigger. It is 19 mins from Atlantic Beach and is about 7 mins from Walmart and other shopping centers. Bedroom tv has roku device while living room has Spectrum cable and also Roku on the tv. 2 living room chairs and 1 Twin Xl adjustable bed and 1 Twin bed in bedroom. Guest can use one side of the Driveway. Bedroom also has a small closet. House is beside our main residence.

A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.
